A broken spring resulted in a broken garage door after 5 pm on 24 May. I tried one repair company and they were closed until after the Memorial Day weekend. That meant I was stuck at home until sometime Tuesday. On Saturday morning, I tried Precision Door Service and was able to schedule a repair for later that day. The technician phoned ahead when he was on his way. He arrived and went to work immediately to fix the problem. He was friendly, polite and explained everything he was doing. Garage door was repaired and working again - hooray!

Brent was in time, very courteous and made some helpful suggestions for maintaining our garage door opener. He was quick and very helpful. My husband mentioned that we would be getting a new garage door in the future and he was quick to offer a pamphlet of the garage doors they offer. I would highly recommend Precision.

service tech came out and reviewed the issue, never took any thing apart wanted to charge me $270+ for a $20 dollar part on amazon. he still was trying to up sell me when i told him to foget it. Screw Drive Carriage Assembly I would not reccomend this company to anyone
