I called at 9am and my Tech Matthew was at my house before 10am and new WiFi Opener (which I love) was installed and working by 10:45am. That’s what I call fast service. Matthew went over the opener and safety checks with me. This is my third time using these guys for one of my properties and they’ve not let me down yet.

Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door. He too, was professional, personable and thorough. I would also give Matt five stars. I am beyond pleased with the direction provided and the work performed by Precision. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of repair or replacement. Thank you Precision!

I had a garage door repair and was pleased with the short time period after I called that someone was here to do the repair. The serviceman was very polite and efficient and did an excellent job of getting my door back on track and adjusted back same as new after I backed my car out without the door going completely up. The person who took my call was very efficient in being able to get serviceman out earlier than originally scheduled.

Adam came out on two occasions to help me with my garage door. The first time he advised me that I just needed a newer opener. He gave me great advice on what opener I should get and some of the points that I should be looking for. The second time I installed the opener but I couldn’t get it to work. Adam came out again and in two minutes solved my problem. He’s been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has been very helpful. My garage door works great and I have no questions about operating it or resetting it. I will definitely be looking for Adam in the future if I have any more garage door issues or questions.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. We already had a Lift Master garage door opening system. However, it was installed by previous owners in 1994! The system had been serviced once since we bought our home four years ago When it ceased to function, we called Precision Door Service, and Matt Roberts was here within two hours. After Matt presented reasonable options, I decided that it was time to replace the system. Replacing the existing, older system held some challenges, but Matt - politely, methodically and patiently - worked until the installation was complete. He was professional throughout. At the end, he again - patiently - helped me to reprogram my car opener. I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of Precision's service and would definitely recommend them and will call them again for future needs.
