I initially needed assistance with a minor repair, but after a quick inspection it was decided a replacement would be the wiser choice due to the opener being 18 years old. No high pressure sale tactic either, it was left completely up to me. Brian was great! Being a police officer for nearly 30 years, I appreciate honesty. I would recommend Brian to my mother!

I was unable to get home for the appointment because the technician was two hours early. He did call and I did not want to keep him waiting around for me until 4:30. I was going to use one of the coupons on your website but my mom went ahead and paid the whole bill. He did good work and I am very appreciative of the service.

Both Tyler (Sales Quote on Damaged Garage Door) and Eric (Installer) were both fantastic to work with. Everything promised was done and with quality workmanship. I was surprised to find out the shop they work out of is located in Middletown, OH. The new garage door installed was an identical match to the damaged garage door we asked for a replacement for.

Saw ad on google search looking for a garage door repair read reviews and made decision. I’ve had no experience with this type of business before and was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. I was told when technician would arrive and he was on time as scheduled. Brian was very polite and friendly explained my repair options did the repair and made sure we were completely happy with the repair. I would recommend this company and would call again if repairs or replacement is ever needed.

Reminders of the appointment, leading up to the appointment time and day was exceptional. Communication the day of the appointment including the picture of the technician and his bio was beyond expectional so I knew who to expect that day. His thorough explanation and showing what went wrong and why was top knotch. He didnt try to "sell" me anything, but explained the options, and what each option was and why. Prices were very fair considering how quickly they were able to come and evaluate my situation and the fact that they had a "fully stocked" truck and could fix it right them just made it all worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
