My garage door opener chain broke first thing in the morning when we were leaving for work. I contacted Precision through their website and within 10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The service tech Joey A. was able to come earlier than scheduled, and he was extremely informative, professional, and expedient in his work. I was able to purchase a new opener and have it installed within about an hour. I highly recommend Precision for repairs (previously used them to replace a broken spring) and opener installations.

Precision Associates are very professional. When I tell neighbors that, "Once you have a Precision Garage Door installed, a technician will come out from the company and do reoutine lubrication and adjustments as long s you have the door,"---the neighbors are impressed. I want to thank Precision Door Service for a GREAT garage door repair experience. The entire process from my initial phone call to make an appointment, all the way through to the completed repair was as smooth as possible. Decided on Precision because it's local, and had 5-star reviews. Technician was here within two hours, professional and friendly. I appreciate the quick service and repair although it was more costly than anticipated. The tech Alex Henderson arrived within an hour after I called. The company who installed the door couldn’t repair until Tuesday. We couldn’t have waited that long as Alex pointed out that not only had the spring broken but the cables to balance the door had snapped, the bar connecting the door to the opener was bent and a support bracket had been bent and pulled out of the wall. The double door had been installed with only 1 spring rather than the normal 2 springs to carry the load. No wonder it snapped! We are happy with the quick response and repair. If you use this company be prepared to pay with a check or cash. They discourage use of a credit card because of the 3% vendors fee.

It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate using the online system. Service was able to be scheduled within 1 day of my inquiry after my work hours. Joey Albers was able to give me an estimate and install a safer spring system to my garage door in under 2 hours. Hearing my garage door go up and down again is music to my ears!

The hardware and springs on our garage door were in bad shape. I contacted Precision Door Service. The young man that came to our home went above and beyond.
