I appreciate the quick service and repair although it was more costly than anticipated. The tech Alex Henderson arrived within an hour after I called. The company who installed the door couldn’t repair until Tuesday. We couldn’t have waited that long as Alex pointed out that not only had the spring broken but the cables to balance the door had snapped, the bar connecting the door to the opener was bent and a support bracket had been bent and pulled out of the wall. The double door had been installed with only 1 spring rather than the normal 2 springs to carry the load. No wonder it snapped! We are happy with the quick response and repair. If you use this company be prepared to pay with a check or cash. They discourage use of a credit card because of the 3% vendors fee.

It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate using the online system. Service was able to be scheduled within 1 day of my inquiry after my work hours. Joey Albers was able to give me an estimate and install a safer spring system to my garage door in under 2 hours. Hearing my garage door go up and down again is music to my ears!

The hardware and springs on our garage door were in bad shape. I contacted Precision Door Service. The young man that came to our home went above and beyond. I can’t say enough about my technician Will Abbott. I have a unique situation.I live in a single-family dwelling that is unattached but is considered a condominium. I was in need of many things, but my association could not approve of any changes quickly. Will took it upon himself to make sure my garage door was working and safe until paperwork from the Association would be processed. Will was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. It’s so nice to have someone is such a wonderful job.

I’ve always use Precision door as they used to be the least expensive. I called this time without even asking about their prices and they came in adjusted one screw less than 15 minutes and charge me almost $200. They will not be coming back.

I had an exceptional experience with Jesse. He quickly assessed the situation with my garage door, provided an immediate solution so I could safely use it, and gave me a detailed 25-point checklist on the door’s condition. At my request, he also provided quotes for three different options for a much-needed new garage door. To top it all off, he called over an hour before my appointment window, offering to arrive early, which was much more convenient for me. His professionalism and efficiency were impressive.
