Excellent same day service! Travis was courteous, professional and called ahead to inform us of his arrival. We added new pulleys, cables, rollers, center bearings and both main springs to the original spring repair order because of his honesty and integrity. He explained everything including the warranty. Very pleased customer!

Single door spring broke Sunday afternoon. Contacted Precision Garage Service (Hamilton) on Monday. Amanda was very pleasant and able to get me serviced same day. Tech, Matt, contacted me prior to arrival timeframe as well as received text with his photo. Matt was very professional, thorough in his detailed explanation of intended work as well as other No Pressure recommendations. Work completed within an hour, cleaned work area. Very pleased. Will be scheduling same work on double door before end of year.

I read comments from other companies and Precision and came to a decision to go with Precision for our new Garage door. The first visit from the company was a person by the name of Kevin. He knew right off what we needed. He went over everything with me and said he could be here Monday to install our new door. So we set up a time and date and he showed up right on time. After he was done installing the door and everything that goes with it, he cleaned up his mess and explained things that are important with the new door. Like how to lubricate it and how often to do it. He also explained the warranty of our new door and all parts related to it. In the end they gave me a military discount which was very nice of them. I called 5 other places about the replacement of our door and saw no better ratings than Precision. We have a life time warranty and after one year, if anything goes wrong they will replace at no cost of parts and just a simple $75.00 labor fee to have someone come and do the work. If you go someplace else you are making a big mistake. They are very fine people and very easy to deal with. Again I want to thank Kevin for all the good work he did on our garage door replacement.

Quick service and professionally completed. Had a broken spring on a 16 x 7 garage door. Due to the age of the door and hardware, it was agreed that an overhaul was in order. Original door only had one spring and it was explained to me that a door this size required two. No problem. The work was completed in short order and all is well. Technician was Matthew Roberts.

I called at 9am and my Tech Matthew was at my house before 10am and new WiFi Opener (which I love) was installed and working by 10:45am. That’s what I call fast service. Andy, the technician, recommended an upgrade which I thought was a good idea, and the door runs smoother than ever. Plus, the upgrade comes with as long as we are in the house guarantee. As usual, my torsion spring sent no notice of its impending failure. You were recommended thru Angie's List. I called direct to your office and an appointment was arranged for the next morning. The technician (Adam) called ahead, right on time, to confirm his arrival time. Adam was pleasant, polite, and personable. He obviously knew his job well and began without delay. The old springs were removed and 2 new 2 x 250 x 32" springs were installed and the lift force adjusted. He was in and out in little more than 30 minutes. It would be a true delight if all service companies, and their personnel were as knowledgeable, efficient, and professional as Precision and, of course, Adam. Thanks!
