Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. He examined the door and all its parts and even lubricated all working parts when he had completed the work. I am very happy I chose Precision Doors to do our repairs. Of course the technician tried to upsell and take a $250 bill to over $1200. I appreciate that he wasn't pushy. He was very friendly and got the job done pretty quickly. I will call Precision for any garage door needs! Thank you!

First let me say that we have lived in our home for almost 22 years. Precision has been out to our home three times in those 22 years. Each time they give us great information and a no pressure recommendation for the repair. First time one spring went out on our garage door, and it was suggested we get both changed out. We just had the one replaced. Four years later the other one went out and had it replaced. 8 years later the first spring went again. It was suggested we have an overhaul of the whole system. Based on what was shown to us we went ahead and had the whole thing updated. It was done quickly, and I never felt pressured to do more than the bare minimum. But our experience with this company helped us feel that their recommendation was in our best interest.

Also gave me options etc and his recommendation but let me decide exactly what I wanted done based on my budget. Excellent company and super personable young man. The spring on our 22 year old garage door broke when we returned home last evening. I called Precision right away and was able to get a service call scheduled for this morning. Technician Joey did a complete assessment of the door and found that some additional major problems needed to be addressed. He was very knowledgeable and we agreed to the recommendations he made. I purchased my garage door in 2019. I needed a service call. I called on Sunday expecting to get voicemail, but I didn’t. I spoke with a helpful lady who gave me an appointment on Monday (07/01/24) between 10:00-12:00. Technician, Tyler Lung, called @ 10:15 saying he was on the way. He arrived around 10:30, he promptly assessed the needed repair and gave me a quote of the cost. He replaced the battery backup, lubricated the rollers/spring and tightened the mounted wall opener. He was very prompt, polite and helpful. Service completed within 30 minutes.

Our garage door hasn't worked properly since our house was built nearly 2 years ago. The door made so much noise opening and closing that our neighbors always knew our comings and goings. Tyler quickly showed us what was wrong with the original installation and what needed to be repaired.
