These days it's hard to get anyone to do work for others, not Precision. They actually called and came to fix our broken spring the day before our appointment. Kevin came out, he was a total pro and took care of our issue in about 15 minutes. I will never use anyone else and will tell anybody that might ask me who to call, I will say Precision. I was about to do late morning errands, when my garage door would not close. I called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service (we had used them before). They immediately scheduled a technician to come between mid to late afternoon that same day. Brian Payne called and told me he finished early so he could come even earlier than the earliest time. I was relieved I didn't have to worry much longer about my garage door being open. Brian was very friendly, very experienced, quickly investigated and spotted the problem, explained the problem well, gave us honest options to repair our garage door, and then quickly fixed it. Thanks to Brian and Precision, I soon felt safe again and I was soon free to resume my errands. I would recommend Precision and Brian to others.

thought the price of 850.00 to replace 2 springs was exorbitant. But I had to get the cars out of the garage so went ahead with the repair. Repair was fine, but was stunned by the price--will do more homework next time before agreeing.

After 21 years, the belt on the garage door opener gave out. A search on Google to find next day repairs led me to Precision. We were given an appointment window of 8-10. I received a text notifying me the technician was on his way at 7:55 am and he arrived at our home around 8:45 am. I explained to him that the garage door opener is old and we were wondering if it would be better to replace the whole thing rather than fix this problem and Jared explained the options. We ended up going with a new garage door opener and also had torsion springs and rollers replaced. Everything was done by 10:15 am and we're very happy with the service and feel the pricing was appropriate for what was completed. Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.

Oh my Goodness! Brian was absolutely amazing. Our garage door literally broke the day we were supposed to close on our house. Brian came out, replaced a very old Model, applied an incredible military discount and got everything done before closing in about an hour it was no short of a miracle!!! Everyone was extremely personable super professional and actually happy--- which these days is a blessing. Thank you precision so much you have exceeded our expectations.

I initially needed assistance with a minor repair, but after a quick inspection it was decided a replacement would be the wiser choice due to the opener being 18 years old. Reminders of the appointment, leading up to the appointment time and day was exceptional. Communication the day of the appointment including the picture of the technician and his bio was beyond expectional so I knew who to expect that day. His thorough explanation and showing what went wrong and why was top knotch. He didnt try to "sell" me anything, but explained the options, and what each option was and why. Prices were very fair considering how quickly they were able to come and evaluate my situation and the fact that they had a "fully stocked" truck and could fix it right them just made it all worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!
