Brent serviced my garage door by putting in new springs, and rollers. I also had him install a new garage door opener. Everything works smoothly. Brent was kind and polite and patient with my lack of knowledge. Highly recommend him.

thought the price of 850.00 to replace 2 springs was exorbitant. But I had to get the cars out of the garage so went ahead with the repair. Repair was fine, but was stunned by the price--will do more homework next time before agreeing.

After 21 years, the belt on the garage door opener gave out. A search on Google to find next day repairs led me to Precision. We were given an appointment window of 8-10. I received a text notifying me the technician was on his way at 7:55 am and he arrived at our home around 8:45 am. I explained to him that the garage door opener is old and we were wondering if it would be better to replace the whole thing rather than fix this problem and Jared explained the options. We ended up going with a new garage door opener and also had torsion springs and rollers replaced. Everything was done by 10:15 am and we're very happy with the service and feel the pricing was appropriate for what was completed. Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.

Oh my Goodness! Brian was absolutely amazing. Our garage door literally broke the day we were supposed to close on our house. Brian came out, replaced a very old Model, applied an incredible military discount and got everything done before closing in about an hour it was no short of a miracle!!! Reminders of the appointment, leading up to the appointment time and day was exceptional. Communication the day of the appointment including the picture of the technician and his bio was beyond expectional so I knew who to expect that day. His thorough explanation and showing what went wrong and why was top knotch. He didnt try to "sell" me anything, but explained the options, and what each option was and why. Prices were very fair considering how quickly they were able to come and evaluate my situation and the fact that they had a "fully stocked" truck and could fix it right them just made it all worth it. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS!!!!!

I was quoted $275 to change out my garage door opener for one I had purchased. Tech called me in route… says the only install Lift Master starting at $799 plus $300 to install… Terribly unprofessional…. And they are double the price of anyone else installing Liftmaster.

Kevin did an outstanding job of replacing light bulbs and installing a new keypad. He programed the pad and lubricated everything.
