I called today January 31st and received a call within 15 minutes of my inquiry. My appointment was scheduled same day with a two hour window. I received a call even earlier than expected time which was great. Tyler came out, examined the door thoroughly, called me out, explained the issues and his recommendations at this time. He also explained what he would recommend for the future and all options with detailed breakdowns. I would recommend Precision to anyone. The service was excellent, Tyler was very friendly and answered all questions!

Also during maintenance check on bother doors he found no cable on spring on one door. All else checked out!!! Brent set up 2 new door openers & installed cable that was missing. I used precision door in Florida and they were awesome. I have a house in Ohio and was looking to upgrade my door opener and maybe get a new garage door, so I called precision. I can’t say enough about precision door. My experience is based on two different experiences in two different states, and my takeaway is that precision hires amazing people. Real people. Technicians that are Down to earth, empathetic, and great listeners. Precision door is all about the customer experience. I would highly recommend them To anyone

From same day service, to regular updates on arrival time, to the knowledge that John has as he explained all the moving parts of the garage door and how quality parts are essential to the life of the working garage door. I chose Precision because of the reviews on the internet. I called and within one hour the tech was at my front door. He replaced our garage door opener in less than two hours and it works beautifully. The service tech was polite, well-spoken and explained all of my options thoroughly. Same day service scheduled, was pleased with availability. Jared arrived early, was knowledgeable about problem (broken spring) and how to repair with superior parts (springs, rollers, cables, etc.) He completed the work in time frame given (approximately one hour). He was personable, answered all questions, and represents your company with excellence. Should the need arise, I would contact Precision again and would be pleased to have Jared as technician.

I thought the garage door opener had a broken part and it would not open. I could not get the drive to engage after the disconnect had been pulled. It turned out, I was not doing it correctly. The technician immediately pulled it into place and showed me what I was doing wrong. Cost me $75 for one minute of effort on his part. He was knowledgeable, explained it to me and was professional and courteous in his demeanor. He was unable to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the 1 3/8" door which was a disappointment. I would have given him 5 stars if he had taken the time to do the advertised 25 point safety inspection and looked the opener, tracks, etc. over to see if there was anything else that needed attention. He did not offer to do this and I did not think about it at the time. (I was too embarrassed about not being able to figure out the easy fix on my own.) I would have felt better about spending the money if he had taken the time to look things over as the actual fix took no more than a minute. So, I paid quite a bit for his driving time. That being said, I would call again if I had a problem with either of my doors.
