I used precision door in Florida and they were awesome. I have a house in Ohio and was looking to upgrade my door opener and maybe get a new garage door, so I called precision. I can’t say enough about precision door. My experience is based on two different experiences in two different states, and my takeaway is that precision hires amazing people. Real people. Technicians that are Down to earth, empathetic, and great listeners. Precision door is all about the customer experience. I would highly recommend them To anyone

I've read a lot of the reviews and agree completely. From same day service, to regular updates on arrival time, to the knowledge that John has as he explained all the moving parts of the garage door and how quality parts are essential to the life of the working garage door. John was also efficient and timely in his work on the door. I feel I don't have to worry anymore about its functioning correctly for many years to come.

I chose Precision because of the reviews on the internet. I called and within one hour the tech was at my front door. He replaced our garage door opener in less than two hours and it works beautifully. The service tech was polite, well-spoken and explained all of my options thoroughly. Same day service scheduled, was pleased with availability. Jared arrived early, was knowledgeable about problem (broken spring) and how to repair with superior parts (springs, rollers, cables, etc.) He completed the work in time frame given (approximately one hour). He was personable, answered all questions, and represents your company with excellence. Should the need arise, I would contact Precision again and would be pleased to have Jared as technician.

I thought the garage door opener had a broken part and it would not open. I could not get the drive to engage after the disconnect had been pulled. It turned out, I was not doing it correctly. The technician immediately pulled it into place and showed me what I was doing wrong. Cost me $75 for one minute of effort on his part. He was knowledgeable, explained it to me and was professional and courteous in his demeanor. He was unable to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the 1 3/8" door which was a disappointment. I would have given him 5 stars if he had taken the time to do the advertised 25 point safety inspection and looked the opener, tracks, etc. over to see if there was anything else that needed attention. He did not offer to do this and I did not think about it at the time. (I was too embarrassed about not being able to figure out the easy fix on my own.) I would have felt better about spending the money if he had taken the time to look things over as the actual fix took no more than a minute. So, I paid quite a bit for his driving time. That being said, I would call again if I had a problem with either of my doors.

Despite not expecting to spend as much as we did, we are very happy with our new Liftmaster system. I called because our springs broke and cables came down on our 25-year old Overhead Legacy unit (which still worked fine). But it made sense to upgrade to new technology. Kevin did a great job explaining our options of repair only, or the capabilities of the Liftmaster 8355W. We decided to do the whole deal, and left Kevin to sweat profusely in the extreme humidity.

Andy came to our home in under 24 hours and performed a spring repair on 2 garage doors. No contact service and all communication done over the phone and email which is much appreciated during the pandemic. Precision sent a text with Andy's picture and information prior to his arrival which is a best practice for any home service company. Very positive experience and recommended!

This was the fastest, most excellent service job we have ever received. I requested a quote around 6:30 am for our garage door. I received a response shortly after they opened at 8:00 am. Within 3 hours of that call, my broken garage door was fully operational!. The technician was professional, polite and efficient. My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.
