I have had friends that have used Precision before and have been very satisfied with their service. After a garage door emergency occurred late last evening I called. The gentleman that answered was very polite and listened to my trouble. He scheduled Alex out to my house between 10 & 2 today and received a call when he was on the way. Alex was very detailed when explaining what caused the situation and what needed to be completed to fix it properly....and with no pressure. Fantastic company and service! Very flexible in setting the appointment to my schedule and received e-mails and phone calls prior verifying the appointment. Tech also called prior to arrival and was even early, which was awesome considering the snowy conditions. Joey Albers was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thank you! The service was very professional and helpful from the beginning. I called at 8am and had a professional installer arrive less than 4 hours later on the same day, the day after Christmas. The costs may seem more expensive but it's well worth it. Quality and professionalism providing quick and friendly service when you need it is well worth while. The door opener and drive belt was installed in about an hour. Thanks so much!

I called today January 31st and received a call within 15 minutes of my inquiry. My appointment was scheduled same day with a two hour window. I received a call even earlier than expected time which was great. Tyler came out, examined the door thoroughly, called me out, explained the issues and his recommendations at this time. He also explained what he would recommend for the future and all options with detailed breakdowns. I would recommend Precision to anyone.
