We needed one torsion spring on our garage door. Received a quote of $250 when I called them. When the technician arrived, the quote jumped to $ 461. I was furious and told him to leave but the wife wanted it fixed. This was not the fault of Brent the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Only after he called the office was I quoted this ridiculous price. If you like getting ripped off, then this is the company to call. ????

What a great repair experience! My technician, Brent, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly repair the issue with my malfunctioning garage door sensors and improve their stability. Friday morning the garage door wouldn’t go up more than a few inches. Called to see about getting it repaired. Two hours later the technician arrived. Took a few minutes to find the problem. Took another fifteen minutes to give me a quote for repair which included four levels for repair. Very nice to have those options available. I chose the option that fit our needs. One hour later garage door was repaired. I was truly impressed that over a matter of a few hours the door was repaired. Technician was very professional and took all the time needed to explain all options to me. Do contact this company for your garage door needs!

First time I used Precision Door Service. I backed into our oversize 16' door yesterday evening before it was totally elevated. Knocked a couple of rollers out of their tracks, and bent the bottom panel rendering the door inoperable. Called Precision at 6:30am, tech (Brent S) arrived by 11:00am, and had the door back in working condition in less than an hour. The door functions better now than before I damaged it! Service call might be considered a little pricey, but I am fully satisfied with their work and consider it well worth the money. Technician was very polite and took time to explain what he was doing. Their service is as good as it gets. More importantly, I trust them.
