Our 30 year old garage door broke apart and two of the panels dropped onto our two cars. I called Precision Garage Door Service. Joey came out and took a look. He and his team did a great job removing the old door without causing any damage to the cars. Received a quote and ordered the new door which arrived the next morning. Joey also installed the new door. He did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Precision!

I want to thank Precision Door Service for a GREAT garage door repair experience. The entire process from my initial phone call to make an appointment, all the way through to the completed repair was as smooth as possible. Each person I spoke with on the phone or to the technicians, Joey and Kevin that came out and did the work were very courteous and professional. A mishap between one of our cars and our garage door bent one of the brackets making closing the garage door impossible. We called Precision who managed to fit us in that day even though they were very busy. The person who answered the phone, and I assume the scheduler, was so polite and so very helpful. The serviceman could not have been nicer, explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem, and explained the cost to us in detail. Beside replacing our brackets, we also had him replace the metal rollers with quieter nylon ones. As part of his service he also greased the hinges. His work was excellent and very clean. We could not be happier! Thank you Heidi and Tyler. Precision - you now have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.
