When our garage door broke (i.e., springs & cable), I went to the Home Advisor site for recommendations and noted that Precision was highly rated. I called them late morning and was told someone could come to fix my garage door between 4 & 6:00 PM that day. Precision called about 1:30 to tell us a technicion named George would arrive in 30 minutes. George arrived before 2PM and our door was fixed satisfactorily within the next 30 minutes. We were very pleased with Precision's timeliness and very professional repair work on our garage door.

Thank you precision door car. You were great and professional. I broke my garage with my car Saturday. On Monday I called and kevin came to assess it. I got a text with his pic so I knew who would come. He gave me a fair quote and what needed to be done. Tuesday they fixed it and all was back to Normal. Amazing and fast and precise great care. Our garage door came off track and had to search and make a call to the first garage door company that showed first while searching on the internet. Precision's customer service delivered excellent service. Travis, one of your company's tech came at such short notice and fixed our garage door. He came and guaranteed us that the problem did not require no heavy physical or mental exertion. He did a GREAT job! I chose Precision because of the online reviews and the A+ BBB rating. The appointment was made quickly - I called on Friday and my appointment was for Tuesday morning. I had a bent track repaired and a new garage door opener installed by Adam. My appt. was for between 10-12. Adam called around 10ish and said he would be there in about 30 min. Then I received an email showing me Adam's photo - that was nice - I knew who to expect. He arrived in about 20 min., looked at the door, opener and tracks, told me my garage door opener was about 30 years old and he would try to fix the track. He quoted a price. I told him to go ahead. I went inside the house and less than an hour later he called and said it was all done. He offered to put light bulbs in if I could bring them out, and that got done too. He told me how the remote and keypad worked and made sure I got my password programmed. Adam was very nice, helpful and quick. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision for anyone who needs service for their garage door. Thanks!

I have to give you and your team 5 stars. I called another installation company and they stood me up twice. I called Precision, and you gave me a time and the installer was here on time and called ahead. A really nice guy, Jarrod, I think was his name came and was very personable and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my door and it was just old. I asked him to install a new one and he did a great job especially in this frigged weather. I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was. All worked wonderfully and it's a five point job. I've used Precision on my garage three earlier times and was always very happy. The only company I would ever call. Mark Friedman 2/18/21
