Second time using Precision door. Everything is straight forward and easy. This time we had a very old opener that was slipping into manual about 50% of the time. They came out, replaced the connection arm to the motor, and we were back up and running in under an hour.

Service today was professional and timely. Our service technician - Tyler - was polite and knowledgeable. Our torsion spring broke and thankfully was covered under our warranty. We have a large garage door requiring two torsion springs and Tyler replaced both since they are the same age. That's the kind of company I appreciate doing business with, integrity!
