I chose Precision because of the reviews on the internet. I called and within one hour the tech was at my front door. He replaced our garage door opener in less than two hours and it works beautifully. The service tech was polite, well-spoken and explained all of my options thoroughly. I called at 8:05 to set up a service appointment and was given a window between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician called at 9:30 to ask if he could come early because he was only about 10 minutes away. He quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and told us about our options. The repair was completed around 10:45. Fast, professional, and courteous. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

I would use this company again without hesitation. The service tech called to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time, accessed the situation, and gave me a quote. He then returned on a Saturday and replaced (2) doors just as promised. The tech was very professional and courteous. He removed old doors and any debris. Everything was left in perfect order with (2) beautiful, new, working doors.

I called for an appointment on New Years Eve. Was pleasantly surprised that the phone was answered. An appointment was made for January 2, a Saturday. The technician arrived in the time frame I was given. The opener was checked, and options were presented we decided to replace the opener. The service was performed within an hour. We are pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with the service and response.

We called on a Saturday for an appointment, and we were able to book an appointment that coming Monday...other competitors were at least a week out for bookings! Our appointment window was from 8am-10am, we received a call from our technician, Tyler L., at 8:10 am letting us know that he would arrive in approximately 25 minutes, which he was right on time! Our appointment was initially just for a consultation/estimate, but we decided to go ahead and have it done, and to our surprise, he informed us they would be able to do it immediately! Everything was all done and wrapped up before 10am! Tyler and the other technician were very efficient, professional and friendly. We were highly impressed with Precision and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends! The reason why we went with Precision in the first place was all the wonderful reviews, and they definitely held up to those amazing reviews!

wonderful job!!! Called and Tyler was here within 30 minutes. So professional and nice. Spring was broken and was replaced along with torsion cable , roller and knock out bearing. All done in an hour. Will recommend your service.

I had my springs, drums, and cables replaced about 1-1/2 years ago by Precision. I expected the pay for adjusting the springs but there was no charge. Great! Tyler did an excellent job and explained different motor systems after I asked and he realized my unit was 18 years old.

Service today was professional and timely. Our service technician - Tyler - was polite and knowledgeable. Our torsion spring broke and thankfully was covered under our warranty. Second time using Precision door. Everything is straight forward and easy. This time we had a very old opener that was slipping into manual about 50% of the time. They came out, replaced the connection arm to the motor, and we were back up and running in under an hour.
