I needed a new coil tension spring and cables for one garage door. Called yesterday and an appointment was scheduled for this morning. The service technician, Kevin, was right on time and phoned in advance to give me his estimated time of arrival. I had previously dealt with one of your competitors for 32 years. When I called them to schedule the installation of a new door opener, the person with whom I spoke seemed cold, distant and uninterested in helping me. I then did an online search which led me to Precision Door. I was very impressed with the number of positive comments and reviews. I called, made an appointment for service and the rest, as they say, is history. I was given a 2 hour time window for the arrival of the technician. Kevin arrived at the promised time and went straight to work. He was most efficient and professional and I consider it a privilege to have had the opportunity to meet and speak with him. Four years ago, I called Precision Door, for a small job of turning the spring on our garage door. The technician showed up on time, on a weekend and after hours, was very knowledgeable, well groomed and the job was done right the first time and was very reasonably priced. So, now (four years later) it was time to replace the (25+ yr) wood garage door. So, I called Precision Door again. The technician Kevin, came out with in two hours of my call and went over our options. We agreed on a new steel door, springs, hardware, ect...ect...at a reasonable price. Kevin showed up on time, well groomed, self starter, and was finished on time with NO HIDDEN FEES! It is refreshing to do business with a company that does what they say, and is not out to squeeze every last dime out the job. And backs the work up with a good warranty.

I was looking for some help a few months ago with an issue my garage door opener was having and assumed the worst and it needed to be replaced. I called Precision and explained and John told me how to fix it over the phone!! I was prepared for a service call (and cost) and he fixed over the phone at no charge. Great service. Fast forward few months and I want to install a third opener to our outer garage so I find Precision number and call on a Saturday night at 11:14 PM to leave a message asking for a call back and John answers the phone!!! I was so embarrassed to be bothering him but he asked me questions on what I was looking for a promised to call me Monday as I insisted we get off the phone. Our garage door suddenly stopped working and left us in a pinch. I called Precision and received an immediate answer and within 40 minutes, a tech was at my door. Kevin was professional, informative and quick to fix the door. After, two new springs, alignment of track and slight modification to the opener he was on his way. Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener.
