Kevin O is a lifelong resident of the Buckeye State and currently resides with his wife in the Cincinnati area. Kevin enjoys playing golf, as well as our Cincinnati Reds. My garage door torsion spring broke on a Sunday morning. I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. repairman arrived right on time and quickly completed the needed repairs. Had everything needed on the truck! Even noticed an issue with my other garage door and made the necessary adjustments probably saving a later service call. Highly recommend!

I read comments from other companies and Precision and came to a decision to go with Precision for our new Garage door. The first visit from the company was a person by the name of Kevin. He knew right off what we needed. He went over everything with me and said he could be here Monday to install our new door. So we set up a time and date and he showed up right on time. After he was done installing the door and everything that goes with it, he cleaned up his mess and explained things that are important with the new door. Like how to lubricate it and how often to do it. He also explained the warranty of our new door and all parts related to it. In the end they gave me a military discount which was very nice of them. I called 5 other places about the replacement of our door and saw no better ratings than Precision. We have a life time warranty and after one year, if anything goes wrong they will replace at no cost of parts and just a simple $75.00 labor fee to have someone come and do the work. If you go someplace else you are making a big mistake. They are very fine people and very easy to deal with. Again I want to thank Kevin for all the good work he did on our garage door replacement.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.
