Kevin O is a lifelong resident of the Buckeye State and currently resides with his wife in the Cincinnati area. Kevin enjoys playing golf, as well as our Cincinnati Reds. First time the owner came out and provided excellent, timely service and I think it was very short notice. Today we needed a keypad replaced. Our service from Precision was excellent. Our service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly.
