Kevin O is a lifelong resident of the Buckeye State and currently resides with his wife in the Cincinnati area. Kevin enjoys playing golf, as well as our Cincinnati Reds. Kevin has been a technician for over 20 years and is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of garage door service and installation. Kevin always goes the extra mile for the customer.

I cannot give you enough stars! I've used your company a couple of times in the past few years. First time the owner came out and provided excellent, timely service and I think it was very short notice. Today we needed a keypad replaced. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Had the job completed quickly and went above and beyond what I had asked him to do to make sure I was set for the coming winter. Kevin came out and replaced the rollers and got the garage door and the garage opener running again. He added some safety features to my old time springs. Our service from Precision was excellent. Our service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We replaced our garage door a while ago and needed the rubber trim added, now that we have replaced the wood trim around our door.
