1st...If it wasn't for a TV advertising spot and a competitor NOT being available on a Saturday to accept my call or have a live online rep ready to assist, I wouldn't have known about the company nor been as happy as I was. 2nd...Justin called 30-min before the appt to say he was coming and when I should expect him. I ALSO rec'd a text from the company confirming the same info (this is exceptional service). 3rd...Upon arrival, he understood what the issue was, explained my current options and their costs, agreed with me on making the most sensible decision at the time, discussed potential issues to monitor, gave several ball-park assessments of what it would cost to correct/replace items if issues persisted, and suggested I get an official appraisal IF the current fix didn't correct the issue AND a door replacement would be necessary. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open - broken spring. Called Precision at 9:00AM, got an appointment for 2:00 PM (same day), all the work was done by 3:00 PM (total rebuild - springs, pulleys, rollers, etc). Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional service. My technician today was Jared, and he was outstanding in every way. Thanks Precision for such a great company!
