I selected Precision because they offered prompt service even in my rural location. Once the appointment was made I was impressed with the quality and quantity of communication regarding my appointment time and who would be arriving to service the door. The technician called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, and diagnosed the problem as soon as he set foot in my garage! He explained my options well but did not pressure me to pick one over another; instead was friendly, informative and helpful. When I decided to purchase a new door he worked to accommodate my schedule. My door will be installed in a couple of days and I look forward to the same exceptional service on that date! Thank you for making this troublesome chore a breeze!

I completed a review on Saturday before I reviewed my invoice which provided a breakdown of what the technician stated he did. The technician stated he cheched all remotes tto make sure they were all in good working conditiion which he did not, because they were in our vehicles. He also stated he checked the keypad which he did not because he did not have the code to verify if it worked or not and he also did not check the sensors that he stated he did. I am very disappointed in this company.

Despite not expecting to spend as much as we did, we are very happy with our new Liftmaster system. I called because our springs broke and cables came down on our 25-year old Overhead Legacy unit (which still worked fine). But it made sense to upgrade to new technology. Kevin did a great job explaining our options of repair only, or the capabilities of the Liftmaster 8355W. We decided to do the whole deal, and left Kevin to sweat profusely in the extreme humidity.

They did a great job installing the doors. The guys were friendly, helpful and left no mess, they cleaned up everything. We felt completely comfortable with them. We also accidentally over paid and they called the next day to tell us and issue the refund. Definitely will go through them again and highly recommend.

I contacted Precision Tuesday afternoon regarding my broken garage door opener. A technician (Adam) was immediately scheduled to come out the very next day between 2-4. At 12:30 both Adam and Heather called to see if it was OK for Adam to come out at 1:00. Adam came out, discussed the problem with me, explained his game plan and proceeded to remove the existing track and motor and replaced it with a new one which is extremely quiet which is key as our Master Bedroom is directly above the garage. Adam was very professional and efficient. Thanks Adam!
