Brian was the technician that repaired our garage door. Through my error the door did not move when activated. I had accidentally cut a cable and no power was reaching the sensor. He was able to find it and repair it. Good job, Brian

Jared, from Precision was very courteous and professional. He explained our options to repair our garage door opener and answered our questions. After giving us the estimates for these options he made sure we would be able to still have our garage door usable until we have the necessary replacements made. We will be contacting Precision for our future needs. Thank You.

I heard your commercial on the radio and felt your company was the better choice for what I was in need of. I am however disappointed in the fact you give discounts to first responders but do nothing for Military personnel!!!

I was very impressed with Brent who assessed my old garage door opener and then went through each item with me. The major problem could not be repaired and I had to purchase a new one. He explained all my 4 choices in detail. He was very knowledgeable, personable,, kind and had it installed and cleaned up in about 1 1/2 hours. I would highly recommend the company to anyone and I will be requesting Brent for any future services our garage doors may need.
