I have to give you and your team 5 stars. I called another installation company and they stood me up twice. I called Precision, and you gave me a time and the installer was here on time and called ahead. A really nice guy, Jarrod, I think was his name came and was very personable and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my door and it was just old. I asked him to install a new one and he did a great job especially in this frigged weather. The call for scheduling was quick and easy. They came out the next day and with in 1 hour had the problem diagnosed and fixed and was cleaned up and out the door. Also he advised us on potential future problems due to the age of garage door and things we could do to prolong the life of it.
