Adam did a professional job of replacing my door springs. The ones my friend put on for me were to strong of springs. I should have just called you guys from the start. Not cheap at all, but comes with a lifetime warranty!????

We called Precision to have the springs replaced on our garage door and we were very happy we did. They came out in one day and fixed the whole thing in 1/2 hour. We were pleased they texted a picture of the technician who would be arriving at our home to fix the problem. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We were able to take advantage of their senior discount. Truly recommend this fine company to all!

I was very pleased with the garage door repair. Jason came same day. He was both friendly and professional. I believe our garage door is repaired for now although it is an old door so time will tell. I really liked it that I was sent a photo of Jason before he arrived. I was notified when he was on his way and upon his arrival. I recommend Precision Door Service and will call them again when needed. Thanks for a job well done!

Precision provided *great* customer service. With same-day service, I received an email and a text message stating the details - which made me feel good about it. The technician that came was experienced, nice, and treated me with respect. He provided great service. He even texted me directly indicating when he would be here. Yet, everything was overpriced. All I needed was a replacement spring with possible additional preventive maintenance (which is good). Yet, I did not ask for him to replace the rollers (they did not need to be) and yet he replaced x10 rollers and charged me $150. Yes, these new rollers are better (nylon not aluminum), and yes, Precision Door does provide same-day service (which service should be more than average), but what they charged me was overpriced. Again, I did not ask him to replace the rollers, and he did not indicated that he was going to do this (and charge me), which I felt was a bit shady. Other than that, I would recommend Precision Door Service to anyone.
