I had a bracket repair and key pad installed last week, when the repair guy left I noticed the door was not flush on the bottom. I called and was told they would comeback. When the new repair guy should up, their invoiced showed no repair work being done, only keypad install. So basically I got the shaft and double charged. I guess I can blame myself for letting him leave without my invoice. Lesson learned on my part....

I cannot give you enough stars! I've used your company a couple of times in the past few years. First time the owner came out and provided excellent, timely service and I think it was very short notice. Today we needed a keypad replaced. The tech was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Had the job completed quickly and went above and beyond what I had asked him to do to make sure I was set for the coming winter. I highly recommend this company for any garage needs you might have!

Overall service was good but the price of $299.99 for each PDS Green Powder Coated .218 x 31" - 1 3/4" I.D. Torsion Spring is over four times the cost of the same size Duralast torsion spring from HomeDepot. Will not be using again in the future.

My garage door was not closing properly and would not open at all at 5:30 on a Friday night. I was not able to get assistance until I tried Precision door. They set up a Monday morning appointment for me and correctly diagnosed the repair needed. Jared, who diagnosed the problem, was courteous and knowledgeable. The scheduler who took my call on Friday was also courteous and helpful. I would definitely give these folks a call if you need assistance with your garage door!

My spring broke on a Thursday mid-day and I had no clue who to call. I contacted Precision. The woman who took my call was very helpful and set up an appointment for the next morning. Jared came out, very knowledgeable, walked me through some pricing scenarios. He was able to fix the door very quickly. Kudos to Jared and Precision! I will highly recommend going forward.

Had a spring snap. Scheduled a time for next day but was able to fit in same day. Service to the door was quick and tech provided good options for door maintenance.

Garage door was stuck in the open position and needed repaired before nightfall. Searched web for door repair (Beavercreek) and found Precision. Called at 8:15am and asked for an appointment. Next available was the next day and I said I couldn't leave door open overnight and was asked to standby on the phone. Within 5 minutes I had an appointment that day btw 2-4pm. Thirty minutes later got a call from repair tech asking if he could come immediately to repair. By 11am my door was repaired and running smoothly. The repair Tech was Jared Rager who diagnosed and repaired the issue in less that an hour. Now that is service!!

A mishap between one of our cars and our garage door bent one of the brackets making closing the garage door impossible. We called Precision who managed to fit us in that day even though they were very busy. The person who answered the phone, and I assume the scheduler, was so polite and so very helpful. The serviceman could not have been nicer, explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem, and explained the cost to us in detail. Beside replacing our brackets, we also had him replace the metal rollers with quieter nylon ones. As part of his service he also greased the hinges. His work was excellent and very clean. We could not be happier! Thank you Heidi and Tyler. Precision - you now have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.

My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great
