Great job done by Tyler to replace our 'Safety Eyes' (the sensor cameras) which were really old and incompatible with our recent garage door opener change. Very well explained, extremely quick turnaround time with installation and went beyond (replaced new cables from opener to sensor; lubricated door for squeaky noise though was not asked for). Cost was also affordable and well explained w.r.t the breakdown! Highly recommended for garage door service!

Technician Isaish Gibbs arrived on time (est. arrival was from 4-8pm) at exactly 4:00 and replaced one garage door opener as requested. No hard sales pitch, since I had a brand-new garage door replaced earlier this spring. Mr. Gibbs was friendly and explained all issues clearly. He was finished in no time, and I was very pleased overall. Should I need any assistance in the future, I will definitely call on your services again. Thank you for an excellent job.

He showed me what needed to be repaired and after learning of my budget for the job, checked what items were fine, still serviceable and repairable and understood I preferred not to upgrade to premium parts. Had a broken spring on my garage door so I contacted Precision Garage Door Service via their website. A technician, Cody, arrived about 20 minutes after I contacted the company. Technician was very professional, evaluated the job, and provided a detailed quote. Completed the job which entailed replacement of rollers, bearings, steel cable and two springs in about an hour. Will definitely use them again for my next garage door project!

I am a repeat customer of this business. Today, they came to re-program my door opener keypad and synch it with the motors. While they were at my home, I asked them to do general maintenance (lube, adjustments, etc.). I am pleased with their work! I called for an appointment on Sunday. They were at my house Monday, a little early relative to the 4-hour window I was given. No waiting! They were VERY efficient and professional with the task of the keypad reconnection. Tuned the doors up nicely too. The technicians were very courteous and professional. I'll use this business again should the need arise!

We have used Precision Door Service in the past (Purchased our Overhead door opener from them) and was aware they worked weekends. I called early Sat morning and was told Joey could be out to repair our door (broken spring) between 2-6 pm. He called at 11:50 am and said he could arrive earlier if it was convenient for us. He arrived approx 12:30. He was very professional and knowledgeable about garage doors. He explained all our options with no pressure to purchase and provided us with an estimate for our selected choices. He completed the repairs within the hour. We were very impressed with his EXCELLENT service. If you need your garage door repaired give Precision Door a call. You won't be disappointed!

I was able to schedule an appointment the same day I contacted Precision Door Service but opted for the next day. The technician, Josh, was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I have not scheduled an installation yet, so can’t comment on that at this time. However, we were impressed with Josh, and he arrived as scheduled.

Service Tech was cordial and very respective of our house. He was very careful when working around our vehicles since they were stuck in the garage. He installed new springs and bearings and offered other options which I did not select. He was very quick in getting the job completed.

I had Precision in Omaha. When I moved here I called and Jared came out to help me. We replaced everything we could in the garage door. The place was new construction and of course they put in cheap equipment. When I moved to my now location and needed work, I called and got Joey. He is a great guy and just as capable as Jared. By the way, he is coming back next Tuesday to replace the springs, etc.

Have used Precision Door to replace garage door springs about 10 yrs ago & was pleased with service. When spring broke called them again and once again they could get technician out within 2 hrs. Isaiah did a great job. I'm moving into a new house and the garage door was very loud/squeaky when opening and closing, so I called to have a general tune up done to make sure there weren't any major issues that needed to be addressed. Even though the door just needed a little grease on the hinges/wheels, Isaiah took the time to do an inspection and made sure I knew what product to purchase if I had the problem again in the future and gave me tips about how and where to apply to the door. I was very appreciative for his expertise and that he took the time to thoroughly explain things even though it was a very simple problem.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday with an emergency and was treated well by the lady who answered. I was not expecting anyone to be able to come out for several days but it was scheduled for the very next day!(Saturday). Isaiah Gibbs was the technician who called to say he was on his way at 7:40 am. I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was! Isaiah assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed and gave me a quote. He was friendly and courteous and when the job was completed he reviewed the work that was done with me.
