I've used Precision Door Service on multiple occasions, always with excellent results. Today Joey A. installed two door openers for me. He did a great job, ensuring they both worked properly, including integration with MyQ home automation. He worked non-stop, though lunchtime, to complete the installation as quickly as possible. Afterwards, he made sure he left the place spotless, checking for screws and other debris that might have fallen on the floor. He also outlined the warranties and how to register the products. I was extremely pleased with his service.

Joey Albers was the tech who did the work on our garage-door opener (full replacement) and all related support items. He was punctual, and highly professional. Our 30 year old garage door broke apart and two of the panels dropped onto our two cars. I called Precision Garage Door Service. Joey came out and took a look. He and his team did a great job removing the old door without causing any damage to the cars. Received a quote and ordered the new door which arrived the next morning. Joey also installed the new door. He did a wonderful job and we are very pleased with the result. Highly recommend Precision!

Joey Albers was the tech assigned to my service call. Broken spring and frayed cables, rollers etc. It was an unexpected incident. My call was taken quickly and promptly assigned to a tech. The expected time was between 2 and 4 on a Friday afternoon. Joey called at 2 pm and arrived at 2:30. He got to right to work. He explained everything and I agreed to fix everything he suggested. I’m sure I could have had it done for less expense but he was here and I wasn’t in the mood to shop around for a better deal. Joey was great he offered a less expensive option and I was given a discount with an 8 year warranty. The work was completed in about an hour and I was able to get on with my day.

My garage door opener chain broke first thing in the morning when we were leaving for work. I contacted Precision through their website and within 10 minutes I had an appointment scheduled for the afternoon. The service tech Joey A. was able to come earlier than scheduled, and he was extremely informative, professional, and expedient in his work. I was able to purchase a new opener and have it installed within about an hour. I highly recommend Precision for repairs (previously used them to replace a broken spring) and opener installations.

Precision Associates are very professional. When I tell neighbors that, "Once you have a Precision Garage Door installed, a technician will come out from the company and do reoutine lubrication and adjustments as long s you have the door,"---the neighbors are impressed. They usually say, "My garage door installers don't do that for us."
