I had Precision in Omaha. When I moved here I called and Jared came out to help me. We replaced everything we could in the garage door. The place was new construction and of course they put in cheap equipment. When I moved to my now location and needed work, I called and got Joey. He is a great guy and just as capable as Jared. By the way, he is coming back next Tuesday to replace the springs, etc.

Have used Precision Door to replace garage door springs about 10 yrs ago & was pleased with service. When spring broke called them again and once again they could get technician out within 2 hrs. Joey Albers arrived right on time, very cordial, explained what he would do to replace door springs, demonstrated door opening...all within an hour. Great job Joey! thank you.

Isaiah did a great job. I'm moving into a new house and the garage door was very loud/squeaky when opening and closing, so I called to have a general tune up done to make sure there weren't any major issues that needed to be addressed. Even though the door just needed a little grease on the hinges/wheels, Isaiah took the time to do an inspection and made sure I knew what product to purchase if I had the problem again in the future and gave me tips about how and where to apply to the door. I was very appreciative for his expertise and that he took the time to thoroughly explain things even though it was a very simple problem.

I called at 4:30 on a Friday with an emergency and was treated well by the lady who answered. I was not expecting anyone to be able to come out for several days but it was scheduled for the very next day!(Saturday). Isaiah Gibbs was the technician who called to say he was on his way at 7:40 am. I couldn’t believe how quick the response time was! Isaiah assessed the problem, explained how it could be fixed and gave me a quote. He was friendly and courteous and when the job was completed he reviewed the work that was done with me. Highly recommend!

I've used Precision Doors for about the last 10-12 years. At first, John doing much of the work himself. We recently had a break down in our older gargage door. My husband's car was in the driveway, but mine was essentially incarcerated. It was in the garage and the Gar. door couldn't be opened. Tyler arrived the very next day and was great! He showed me the various problems and explained which areas were most urgent to fix. We priced things out and I decided to change most of the moving parts because our door panels were still in good shape. Tyler communicated well and did the job within a very reasonable time that afternoon. My husband and I both could hear and feel the difference! We feel like we got a whole new door for half the price. Tyler also made sure that all of our programmed devices (remote opener, keypad) would be working as usual. We are both very happy with the outcome.

Joey responded eariler than scheduled. Saw the lack of spring performance. We had never had the springs ckecked in ? 15yrs. Was very through in offering advice and ways to help in operation of the door. Pricing seem very fair. Old springs appeared to have less capacity for the size of our door.
