I was a little bit worried about the repair price, but don’t let that steer you away because the quality of parts, labor and warranty more than rationalize it. We had Brian out to fix out torsion spring; he was very knowledgeable, kind and very quick on swapping out parts during installation. Would recommend if you want the best product and installation.

We needed one torsion spring on our garage door. Received a quote of $250 when I called them. When the technician arrived, the quote jumped to $ 461. I was furious and told him to leave but the wife wanted it fixed. This was not the fault of Brent the technician. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Only after he called the office was I quoted this ridiculous price. If you like getting ripped off, then this is the company to call. ????

I wanted to stay away from “Angi List” supported services and I wanted a 4+ star rating and Precision Door was first on the list. They were able to schedule an immediate appointment. Brian called 1/2 hour before the promised appointment window to say he was on the way. He was professional, personable and helpful. I was facing a time constraint which put the ordering/delivery/installation in jeopardy. Brian reached out to his manager who was able to look locate the item needed and Brian was able to schedule a satisfactory installation timeframe.

The overall expereince with Precision was Fantastic! They quickly schedule an appointment to come look at my job and make their professional recommendations along with various options to keep what was still working and adding net new parts or what it would take to replace everything and go new for 2 doors and w garage openers etc. Aaron Osborn can the next day and did an incredible job with removing all of the old garage doors, springs, framework and motors and replaced everything in about six hours! What a Great Job! Aaron was very thorough and made sure my wife and I were both happy in addition to answering a few of our questions! I was very impressed with the service we received from Precision Overhead garage Door Service. On the morning of my scheduled appointment time, I both received a text message as well as a call from the service technician, Brian Payne. I thought texting me a picture of him along with some of his background information was very nice touch. Upon his arrival he was very professional, courteous, informative, friendly, and very engaging. He gave me a great impression and confirmed why Precision has continued to be my go to company for our garage door issues.
