Isiah came right out same afternoon, gave me my garage door opener options and then showed me another 10 things that needed repaired that the home inspection missed when we bought the house two months ago. I've used Precision Doors for about the last 10-12 years. At first, John doing much of the work himself. We recently had a break down in our older gargage door. My husband's car was in the driveway, but mine was essentially incarcerated. It was in the garage and the Gar. door couldn't be opened. Tyler arrived the very next day and was great! He showed me the various problems and explained which areas were most urgent to fix. We priced things out and I decided to change most of the moving parts because our door panels were still in good shape. Tyler communicated well and did the job within a very reasonable time that afternoon. My husband and I both could hear and feel the difference! We feel like we got a whole new door for half the price. Tyler also made sure that all of our programmed devices (remote opener, keypad) would be working as usual. We are both very happy with the outcome.

Joey responded eariler than scheduled. Saw the lack of spring performance. We had never had the springs ckecked in ? 15yrs. Was very through in offering advice and ways to help in operation of the door. Pricing seem very fair. Old springs appeared to have less capacity for the size of our door.

I am very satisfied with your service for today’s visit. Isaiah was very prompt and helpful and very outgoing. I was disappointed to find out that when my garage door was installed in January that the guys used an old screw. The garage door came loose from the bracket because the old screw had snapped off. That should not have happened. Thank goodness for Isaiah fixing my garage door!!

I heard about Precision Door Service from the advertisement on the TV. I was having a sudden issue with my garage door. I called precision door service and the were prompt to come over the following day. The technician Cody explained clearly to me what is the problem after his inspection. He showed me clearly what parts need to replaced. I can attest that he has done an excellent job and the parts that he replaced were much better than the parts that were used in my garage which was for a new built home.
