Joey was super! Called in for a broken spring. Came same day. I ended up getting cables, springs, pulleys, and rollers. My garage door was 10 years old and is basically the same as the ”front door”, so its used a lot!! Joey showed me every part that was recommended and why, no pressure and let me decide. Preventative maintenance is the best maintenance! Money well spent and now I know I’m covered for the next 8 years!! Will use again!!

We had a cable starting to break on our garage door. Precision had someone out the very next day. Isaiah is the gentleman that showed up to do the inspection. He was crystal clear on our options and was no pressure for the sale. Great work and felt like he was family. Would not hesitate to call them back for any other issues we may have. Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. Alex replaced both springs and was done by 4PM. I will definitely keep Precision garage door service in mind for any of my garage door needs moving forward.

My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.
