I am a repeat customer purhased a garage door last year. I called today to get an estimate on some weather striping around my other garage door. I was made aware that there would be a $95 charge if I didn't want any work done. I understand it costs money to send someone out. I was disappointed the the charge was more than twice what I was expecting and I had to pay to find that out. I think $95 is a bit steep to get an estimate.With this in mind, I will not be calling your business with any more repair or replacement needs. Sincerely Sandy Goodwin

Precision was great from the start. Being new to the area, we were advised to call Precision. Precision was able to send Taylor out to our home to fix a problematic garage door. In no time Taylor fixed the problem and we able to use safely use the garage without worry. Great job!!!

Will Abbott was a great tech, prompt and reasonable. Called before noon on a Saturday, was here a little after 330pm and done at 515pm. Springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Under $800, to get it back to a fully functional level. Again, wonderful tech, prompt and nice. I’d imagine about as fast a fix as you will get.

Joey was polite, professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly. He offered several solutions and represented your company well. Before he left I forgot to ask for a copy of the repairs preformed and a copy of the Warrenty. He may have intended to e mail them to me with the receipt. However, if you could forward them to me I would appreciate it. I don’t know your business and think the service was excellent but the price seemed high to me. Thanks.

The response time was exceptional. I was able to make an appointment last night for 10am this morning. I received a text around 9:38 that told me Joey was on his way and he liked football, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. A nice personal touch. Sure enough Joey arrived at 2 minutes before 10 and was completely professional. He explained all the different options, from the bare minimum to full replacement and explained the advantages and disadvantages to each one, which helped me decide the best option. Yes parts are expensive, just like everything else has skyrocketed in the past 5 years. Financing was available. He thanked me twice for the bottle of water I offered, and even asked if I minded if he wore his headphones while working. He was finished in about an hour, and reviewed everything he installed and activated the warranty. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I have looked at other reviews and he's right, the only complaint I could find was about cost of parts. Nice Job!

We had a broken spring, and a motor that went bad. Josh from your team did an excellent job diagnosing and resolving the issue. At no point did I feel pressured into buying something I didn't want. Precision Door installed my new garage door in March 2025. I've been very happy with it & the service they provided. All very professional. A few weeks ago, I noticed the exterior touch pad that operates the garage door stopped working. I started using the touch pad inside the garage, although it was less convenient. A couple of days ago, I tried to fix the pad. Upon examination, I couldn't if tell it was a wired or wireless system. I noticed a slot in the touch pad that seemed to be an access point. However, when I used a screwdriver to pry it open, nothing happened. I was afraid to force it for fear I'd wreck the pad & perhaps any electronics inside. I called Precision Door & explained the problem. When I asked a specific question about the pad, the woman on the phone said Precision does not provide any consultation over the phone. I would have to book a service call. The cost: $95.00. I complied. Bottom line: The tech, who, BTW, was very polite, said he needed to open the pad. I provided a screwdriver. He also had a hard time trying open the pad but succeeded. Inside was a hollow area that housed a 9-volt battery. I replaced the battery with a new one & -voila! - the pad came to life & the garage door worked fine. It took the tech all of five minutes to correct the problem. I wrote a check for $95.00. End of story. Here's my gripe, aside from feeling stupid & embarrassed. When the garage door was installed, the Precision Door installer did not explain the workings of the touch pad or the need to replace a 9-volt battery after a year or so. I understand Precision Door's policy not to provide a free maintenance or repair analysis over the phone. But I think it's reasonable for someone there to have told me my problem may simply be a battery issue if I had the chance to explain. I'm upset with myself for not forcing open the touch pad & finding a replaceable battery inside, but I didn't know what I was dealing with. No one at Precision Door informed me at the time of installation or when I called. I think $95.00 is too steep a price to pay under the circumstances.

My garage door was acting up, the opener kept reversing and stopping halfway. I called Precision, the technician showed up in about an hour. He replaced the springs and rollers and was done within about two hours. The technician, Taylor Allen was friendly and polite. While I hope I don't need garage door service again, I'll call Precision if I do.
