Alex repaired the springs on our garage door. My experience from making my appointment to the finished repair went flawlessly. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and did not even seem to mind me asking questions while I watched him work. He explained the difference between the choices of springs and rollers. Great experience!!! Went to the website the night my garage door spring broke but decided to wait until the next day because it was late and definitely not an emergency. I went to the website in the morning and decided on a Noon appointment but was one even available sooner. Within seconds of a scheduling, I received an email and before my appointment, I got a message and phone call from my service provider. Once he arrived he looked at the problem and had me a quote in minutes! I agreed to the price and the work was done in no time. It was so fast that I had to figure out what to do with my early afternoon. Did an awesome job and recommend to anyone needing any type of garage work done right!

We've used Precision in the past and have been happy withe their service and this time was no different. No pressure, but in the end fixing the old door just wasn't worth it and priced a new one. The price was fair, and the installers were out less than 24 hours later to take out the old door and put in a new one. Super professional, cleaned up when they left, and it only took a little over two hours for the entire process. Would definitely recommend. Thanks!

One of our brackets and cables broke and Jesse fixed it right up! He also noticed a lot of other potential hazards with our old garage door, so he recommended several preventative maintenance options. In the end, I ended up getting a lot more done than I originally planned for, but I could tell his concern for our safety was genuine so I went for it! He did all the work so quickly and efficiently.
