Precision put in a new opener for us a few months back. We were having trouble getting the door to open and sometimes close. Jeff came out, fixed the opener in less than 10 minutes. We have had such a positive experience with them, we would recommend them highly!

The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door. Jeff walked in with a big smile and reassured me it wasn’t a big problem at all. I believe our encounter was a divine intervention because he really brought a smile to my face and made my day much better. I would definitely use this company again. Garage door went out on us on Sunday 7/29. Door was stuck half up half down, and we could not get our cars out. I called the Precision Door service number, explained my situation and requested service ASAP due to the situation. A service call was scheduled for Mon 7/30 in the noon-2:00 pm time slot. A service rep (Jeff) came out between 9 & 10 am and had the repair completed within an hour. Excellent service and kudos to Jeff!
