I'll be honest...I just looked you up in the Yellow Pages. But when I talked to you all on the phone, I knew I'd made the right choice. Andy showed up on time and was very professional. The funny thing was, our garage door baffled him, too (which I gotta say, was comforting to hear!). We'd been dealing with our door NOT closing for several years and we could never fix the problem. But he worked on it and now...Yeah!...it closes. Thank you so much.

We originally purchased 2 new garage door openers w/ remotes & key pad in Jan 2014. They work beautifully & are amazingly quiet :). We had a minor problem with the remotes, however John came to our home within 24 hours, accessed the situation and changed out the remotes. We are very happy with both the product & the service--and John and the installers were all very nice to work with.
