Fast response, technician arrived before his scheduled time slot which I appreciated. The service technician had all of the parts available in his van to complete my repairs at that service call. Technician was clear spoken about the work that he recommended be completed and when we agreed upon the services, his work was fast, efficient and thorough he cleaned up all of his messes. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated the added value of a text prior to his arrival with a photograph of him and a short description about him. Prices, I felt, were a fair value. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We had a freak accident causing the garage for jam in the up position on a cold and snowy morning. Called our regular service company and they responded with an appointment 5 days later, or emergency service with a high rate per half hour that included travel time for the repairman. I called Precision and the owner was at my door in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Precision will now be my "go to" garage door service company.

Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service. The prices are reasonable and every one I have spoken to has been friendly and professional. I won’t use another company.

The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. Precision put in a new opener for us a few months back. We were having trouble getting the door to open and sometimes close. Jeff came out, fixed the opener in less than 10 minutes. We have had such a positive experience with them, we would recommend them highly!

The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door.
