Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service. The technician, Adam, was extremely thorough in describing both what was wrong with our builder-installed garage door mechanism and what was needed to fix it. He worked quickly and efficiently, and even checked and serviced the rest of the door to ensure there were no other problems lurking. The Service Gentleman Jeff, came the same day the service call was placed. Jeff, infact called 30mins prior to estimated arrival time and waited for me as I was running late. As a new home owner I was a bit worried when my rollers came a bit off track because i backed my car into the garage door. Jeff walked in with a big smile and reassured me it wasn’t a big problem at all. I believe our encounter was a divine intervention because he really brought a smile to my face and made my day much better. I would definitely use this company again. Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously.
