Second Garage door they have fixed for me. Same day service on both sets of Springs they replaced and both technicians were very nice and personable. They sent me a text and email when the technician was on his way, he recommended some other maintenance but wasn't pushy. Everything worked out perfectly so far on both garage doors. The Life Time Warranty on the Springs sold me. Only 1 year on other companies I called.

Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. We decided to replace the entire door and everything went really smoothly and quickly. The technician was on time knowledgable and curteous throughout the process and ensured that we were satisfied with the final result of our door replacement. This was as easy a home repair experience as we have had and will definitely be using Precision again if we need another other repairs.

Fast response, technician arrived before his scheduled time slot which I appreciated. The service technician had all of the parts available in his van to complete my repairs at that service call. Technician was clear spoken about the work that he recommended be completed and when we agreed upon the services, his work was fast, efficient and thorough he cleaned up all of his messes. He was also extremely friendly and professional. I also appreciated the added value of a text prior to his arrival with a photograph of him and a short description about him. Prices, I felt, were a fair value. I am extremely satisfied with the service we received.

We had a freak accident causing the garage for jam in the up position on a cold and snowy morning. Called our regular service company and they responded with an appointment 5 days later, or emergency service with a high rate per half hour that included travel time for the repairman. I called Precision and the owner was at my door in less than 2 hours and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Precision will now be my "go to" garage door service company.

Always a great experience with Precision. I first used them 7 years ago on our new house for some minor adjustments. Recently I had to replace the opener. It was done quickly and the service person was professional. They’ve also replaced my mother’s opener. She was extremely happy with the service. The prices are reasonable and every one I have spoken to has been friendly and professional. I won’t use another company.
