From the beginning phone call in the front office through completed installation, it was a very pleasant experience. All questions were answered, the work was done efficiently and timely. I would completely recommend them. I started with a broken spring and ended up with an overhaul. The difference in operation is markedly improved.

I was looking for some help a few months ago with an issue my garage door opener was having and assumed the worst and it needed to be replaced. I called Precision and explained and John told me how to fix it over the phone!! I was prepared for a service call (and cost) and he fixed over the phone at no charge. Great service. Fast forward few months and I want to install a third opener to our outer garage so I find Precision number and call on a Saturday night at 11:14 PM to leave a message asking for a call back and John answers the phone!!! I was so embarrassed to be bothering him but he asked me questions on what I was looking for a promised to call me Monday as I insisted we get off the phone. My garage door broke and I getting ready to go visit my wife in the hospital. I couldn't get out of the garage. When I told the guy my wife was in the hospital. He was so thoughtful got my garage door opened so I could get my car out. He said you go to your wife we can talk more about the repair later. He didn't even charge me anything. That's just shows that there are still nice people in this world. I will get my garage door replace when my wife gets out of the hospital and this will be the company I choose. Thank-you so much. Sunday afternoon I spoke to John Hidy of Precision Door asking for a repair estimate on a "garage door cable off". To my surprise John said he could come out in 45 minutes. He was on time, if not early. When I asked if the 149.00 estimate was still as quoted, he responded that it would be 49.00 less since the job was actually easier once he was able to see it. He easily balanced the door and reset and tightened the cable. John was very professional and easy to talk to. He worked efficiently while I gabbed his ear off. I highly recommend John and especially to women who are fearful of unnecessary costly repairs.
