Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced. This was our first experience with Precision. I was pleased with the work that was done. I called for an appointment and within a few hours, Kevin was at our door. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Kevin was very pleasant and explained the repair process. I never realized how noisy our old springs were until we had Precision install the new ones. I'm very excited about that bonus. I would call them again for service.
