Today we chose to have a new garage opener installed after the current one failed. Precision had a same day appointment and came equipped with all that was needed to replace my 20 yo garage door opener. Josh was my tech and he made sure to show me all the pieces involved in the breakdown of the old opener. He did a thorough inspection of all pieces and help me zero in on the best device for our needs. I highly recommend Precision Door.

Josh is great!!! (however, he is also our nephew - so perhaps this review is a bit bias!). We had a problem with the garage door at our other house. Of course, who else would we call first??? Precision Door Service came in September to fix our garage door. The technician who came, Joey, was prompt, professional, and was able to fix our door very quickly. We had them out yesterday to fix another issue. Javen was able to arrive earlier than the projected window and also fixed the door promptly. I can't give them a higher recommendation. They will continue to be our go-to company for any future issues. And if their leadership sees this review, both Joey and Javen deserve tips for excellent service.

My current garage door opener had failed so I reached out to Precision and had an appointment the next morning. Joey explained what my options were for repairing or replacing my opener. I decided to have the crew install a new opener. They had it installed in about one hour and spent time with me setting up the door app on my phone, pairing remotes, and how to sync up my cars. I have to give 5 stars even though I experienced sticker shock over the cost of 2 springs, rollers, and cables for a one door garage. Even with a discount it was over a $1,000 dollars for parts and labor on a 1 hour job. You get what you pay for though, called this morning for service and tech was here in under an hour. Will assessed the problem, offered different levels of fixes in a very efficient, kind and courteous customer service attitude. Would definitely call again if problems come.

Not a great Monday morning when ya wake up to a broken garage door. Car trapped inside. However, scheduling Precision to come out and fix it was a great decision. No regrets. Isaiah was great and after about an hour and a half the garage was like new. New spring, some other parts and pieces, routine maintenance etc. Would recommend.

Had a great experience with Precision Garage Door! Joey, our technician, and his assistant, Quintin, were both professional and courteous when they came to service my broken garage door system. They arrived within their expected time window and called beforehand. Grateful to have had Isaiah come to my house this morning. A professional who is VERY knowledgeable and has a positive personality. I just purchased my house and was having problems with my garage door opener. I didn't know if it was the opener or the garage door itself. Isaiah went over the reason that he was making some recommendations for needed repairs and maintenance to get more life out of my garage door. He reset my code box and set up my car to be able to communicate with my opener. This guy is the package for repairman, j I wish every repairman walked into my house looking to help with a long term plan.
