My garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and they came out quickly to fix it. The technician Will was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. I was a little surprised by the price because it was higher than I expected, but the fast response, quality of the repair and the warranty made it worth it. The only downside was that I wasn't given any paperwork or emailed a receipt or invoice after the job was completed. Other than that, the service was great, and my garage door is working perfectly again.

I woke up to find that I had apparently locked a racoon in my garage overnight and he not only knocked everything in the garage off of benches and walls, he also chewed up the wiring on my garage door sensors. I found Precision when I googled repair services and was pleased to get connected to a live person pretty quickly. She was very pleasant and told me she would have someone out within a 4 hour windows. Shortly after getting a call from one service man "Will" help called to let me know he had just left my area to head south but assured me he'd be back in a few hours. Shortly after that I received a call from a different service man " Matt" who let me know he was going to come instead and would be here in 15 minutes. Everyone was professional and friendly and made me fill like my problem was important to them. Matt showed up right on time and was able to reuse my existing equipment and quickly repaired the sensor wiring and conducted a preventive maintenance and safety check on the springs and rollers etc. And left me a quote in case I wanted to update items in the future. Will certainly use Precision in the future, great people, great service, no hard sell tactics for things you may not need. Thanks again Matt!

My spring broke one afternoon so I booked online and got an 8:00 AM appointment for the next day. Joey and Cody did an excellent job. They showed up on-time and were very friendly. They fully explained the repair and service options. They were knowledgeable about the system, and explained what they were replacing and why, without trying to scare me into buying a more expensive option. They were also very careful to ensure that my car that was trapped in the garage would not be damaged. Would recommend this company.

I didn’t realize garage doors should not be noisy until I saw your commercial. Cody Schaefer was the technician and he did a thorough inspection. He found some problems with the hardware which I was not surprised as it’s old.He wrote up two quotes for me. One was a little more expensive than the other. I chose which one I wanted and he had everything replaced in an hour,which is the time he told me it would take. Very nice technician and I feel confident if anything goes wrong I can call Precision and it will be taken care of.

The technicians were absolutely great. my door was installed and worked perfectly. Here is the important part. When I had a problem with the door opener a tech appeared at my door within a day and fixed the problem. No hassle and no hedging. Just done to make it run again perfectly.

Alex was on time, efficient and very helpful. Helped me by programming 2 new remotes, he couldn't get a pad to be compatible, but the new remotes were needed. He installed new rollers and replaced and installed 2 new springs. I would call them again, 2nd time, different issues for my garage door.

I contacted Precision due to problem with garage door. They scheduled same day appointment and arrived within the time window promised. Joey Albers was Technician and performed diagnosis of issue and was able to complete repair in 1.5 hours. This included installing new springs, garage opener, inside & outside control panels, and sensors. In addition, assisted in setting up myQ on phone and programming Homelink in car. Exceeded my expectations and Joey did phenomenal work; absolutely Customer Focused associate and company. I'll be reaching out in the near future to have my 2nd garage door for the same service.
