Joey responded eariler than scheduled. Saw the lack of spring performance. We had never had the springs ckecked in ? 15yrs. Was very through in offering advice and ways to help in operation of the door. Pricing seem very fair. Old springs appeared to have less capacity for the size of our door.

Isaiah Gibbs….great job! Punctual, knowledgeable, and just as polite as he could be. We had a busted spring on a big heavy wooden door and couldn’t get our car out. Isaiah took care of that and restored the entire door system to good as new. Highly recommend!

I am very satisfied with your service for today’s visit. Isaiah was very prompt and helpful and very outgoing. I was disappointed to find out that when my garage door was installed in January that the guys used an old screw. The garage door came loose from the bracket because the old screw had snapped off. That should not have happened. Thank goodness for Isaiah fixing my garage door!!

I heard about Precision Door Service from the advertisement on the TV. I was having a sudden issue with my garage door. I called precision door service and the were prompt to come over the following day. The technician Cody explained clearly to me what is the problem after his inspection. He showed me clearly what parts need to replaced. I can attest that he has done an excellent job and the parts that he replaced were much better than the parts that were used in my garage which was for a new built home.

We had a broken garage door spring. The technician, Cody, called when he was on his way and arrived on time. This is someone who really knows what he is doing and is happy to answer questions. He did a thorough inspection and offered several options for this repair. Each option was explained clearly and I was able to understand the rationale for the different options. After getting my approval, Cody worked quickly and efficiently to make the repair. Most impressive was his care to assure the springs were the right ones AND that the tension was properly balanced. After seeing how he checked and re-checked, I am convinced the original installer did not have the door properly balanced (it had always been harder to open with the automatic opener disconnected than it is now.) I am a happy camper. Thank you.

Such an amazing experience with this company. I called in the morning, and was able to get a same day appointment - I was stunned. Tyler was my tech, and he called and gave me plenty of notice to meet him at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me multiple options to resolved my issue. My opener was 28 years old, so I went with a replacement unit. He showed me all the pricing and the options available, and explained each opener pro and con. He was done with the new opener in about an hour, and then walked me through every aspect of the new opener, including why the safety sensors had to be moved to a new location. I was so pleased with the experience, and will gladly recommend this company to anyone I know.
