Had an emergency requirement when our garage door was stuck with both cars in the garage on a Friday evening (broken spring and loose cable on old garage door). Precision Door was exceptionally responsive in taking the call that evening and getting a technician out the following morning. The technician, Cody, performed perfectly. He was very knowledgeable, capable, professional and pleasant to work with. He quickly made temporary repairs to get the door functioning, ordered a completely new door/equipment and precisely explained all options. I definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service to anyone else!

Technician was on time and polite. Replacement of 2 springs was way too expensive. They were already there, so we went ahead with the repair instead of just paying the "diagnostic fee". Also, the 3% fee for using a credit card seems outdated. It seems like the credit card fees are already built into your pricing. The repair was completed professionally and works great. I will get other estimates next time before calling them.

Precision makes it easy to place an appointment online. I had an issue with my garage door around 8PM and was able to make an appointment for the morning. My technician was Taylor and he let me know he was on the way. Showed up and kindly walked me thru different options to fix the door. After we decided what to do, he did the job quickly and efficiently. Taylor went thru everything he did to fix the issue and showed me everything was working well. He was very polite and a hardworker. Great Technician and very easy to work with the company with placing appointments and getting receipts.

From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of my time and home. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions. I am a repeat customer purhased a garage door last year. I called today to get an estimate on some weather striping around my other garage door. I was made aware that there would be a $95 charge if I didn't want any work done. I understand it costs money to send someone out. I was disappointed the the charge was more than twice what I was expecting and I had to pay to find that out. I think $95 is a bit steep to get an estimate.With this in mind, I will not be calling your business with any more repair or replacement needs. Sincerely Sandy Goodwin

Will Abbott was a great tech, prompt and reasonable. Called before noon on a Saturday, was here a little after 330pm and done at 515pm. Springs, rollers, and cables replaced. Under $800, to get it back to a fully functional level. Again, wonderful tech, prompt and nice. I’d imagine about as fast a fix as you will get.

After being able to get a same day appointment, I received information about Quentin, the Technician that would be coming to the house. I received an email and a phone call letting me know when he was in route. A very nice young man met me, discussed his observations, recommendations and quote. Joey was polite, professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fixed promptly. He offered several solutions and represented your company well. Before he left I forgot to ask for a copy of the repairs preformed and a copy of the Warrenty. He may have intended to e mail them to me with the receipt. However, if you could forward them to me I would appreciate it. I don’t know your business and think the service was excellent but the price seemed high to me. Thanks.

The response time was exceptional. I was able to make an appointment last night for 10am this morning. I received a text around 9:38 that told me Joey was on his way and he liked football, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. A nice personal touch. Sure enough Joey arrived at 2 minutes before 10 and was completely professional. He explained all the different options, from the bare minimum to full replacement and explained the advantages and disadvantages to each one, which helped me decide the best option. Yes parts are expensive, just like everything else has skyrocketed in the past 5 years. Financing was available. He thanked me twice for the bottle of water I offered, and even asked if I minded if he wore his headphones while working. He was finished in about an hour, and reviewed everything he installed and activated the warranty. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism. I have looked at other reviews and he's right, the only complaint I could find was about cost of parts. Nice Job!
