The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. He replaced all the hardware and now it's operating and running smoother and quieter than ever. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable and professional.

My garage door is 17 years old and was in serious need of repair. Missing rollers, broken cable, it was unable to be opened. Joey inspected everything and walked me through which parts needed to be replaced, and which parts were still serviceable. He provided two options for each part, economical & premium versions. He put together two quotes, one for each version. To my relief, he was able to get everything working with new springs, cables, and rollers, without the need to replace the 16' door itself. Everything is working as good as new. Precision provided me a 2 hour window for the Technician to arrive, noon to 2pm, they also send a photo of the tech they are sending to your house. Joey arrived exactly at noon. 2 hours later, everything was complete. Very professional, impressive work, I would definitely recommend Precision.

Ty Jung is an asset to his company. He explained problems, solutions and upgrades. He replaced the spring, tightened the chain, new rollers and cables and lubricated all pivot points. He was very thorough in his presentation and work. Total time was about an hour. My garage door has never been quieter in 20 years. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door for your repair or replacement needs. This spring problem was the third time in 20 years and judging from the repair this time, I am confident this will last longer than previous replacements.

I called today and told the lady I would like a keypad installed for my guardian garage door. She said she could send someone out today which was nice. It was supposed to be a surprise for my spouse. Will showed up and was very friendly unfortunately he had to call someone to find out they don’t have remotes for guardian and that the universal remote they have doesn’t work for it. I don’t blame Will he drove all the way out here. But I wasn’t thrilled I still had to pay 95.00 for a service fee. When I did tell the lady we had guardian. I would never known that since it was replaced by a company 3-4 years ago that a key pad couldn’t be installed from a company I chose based off reviews. I also wouldn’t have known you couldn’t have gotten a key pad. It was something my husband could do but I wanted to do it for a surprise and hope to have 30 day warranty. I did express my concern to Will and ask him to let his manager know. One it wasted his time and it wasted mine. Again Will was nice but I don’t feel like I should have been charged at least not the whole amount. If Guardian is so rare the call center needs to screen better.

Isaiah was AMAZING! Garage door looked old & worn & needed multiple things fixed. I did not expect to have our door fixed so quickly. We moved into our home Friday & was told that garage door needed fixed. He showed up today, extremely kind & not pushy to try and make a sale. Showed every possible detail & what needed to be fixed & explained thoroughly. After agreed upon got right to work & finished fairly quick. Gave me all the details needed for the door, how to maintain as well. Highly recommend the company and him. Extremely satisfied with the work today!
