The technicians were professional and polite, the install was great. The clean up... very poor! Nails were left all over the driveway and garage from the replaced trim. Understand that sometimes things can be missed with the magnetic nail sweeper, but I found 18 nails, lag screws and all other hardware from the old door laying in the driveway and garage. Future customers check their work before they leave or you will get a flat tire!

I called Precision this morning and 30 minutes later Adam called and asked if he could come early, I said yes and 10 minutes later he drove up. Talked about the new opener I needed and after I agreed installed it and set the opener in my car to work. After I heard the unit I frankly couldn't believe how quiet it was. While looking to get a new garage door we came across their webpage. They do free estimates which was a plus. At that point in time we had only looked at Home Depot. After speaking with Jared (who was very friendly, informative, and not pushy, then also telling my husband before he came we are NOT getting a garage door today) we got a garage door. The pricing was actually cheaper that Home Depot and the warranty included more. They so far have been very easy to work with and look forward to getting everything done!

When our garage door broke (i.e., springs & cable), I went to the Home Advisor site for recommendations and noted that Precision was highly rated. I called them late morning and was told someone could come to fix my garage door between 4 & 6:00 PM that day. Precision called about 1:30 to tell us a technicion named George would arrive in 30 minutes. George arrived before 2PM and our door was fixed satisfactorily within the next 30 minutes. We were very pleased with Precision's timeliness and very professional repair work on our garage door.

I called at 8:05 to set up a service appointment and was given a window between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician called at 9:30 to ask if he could come early because he was only about 10 minutes away. He quickly and efficiently assessed the situation and told us about our options. The repair was completed around 10:45. Fast, professional, and courteous. I would highly reccomend them to anyone.

Jerad arrived promptly at the designated time and surveyed the situation pertaining to my broken garage door spring. He gave me an up-front estimate that included everything he'd be doing to make the repairs, plus the suggested upgrades to springs, rails, rollers, etc. It took him only approximately 90 minutes to complete the work; including removal of all old materials, and cleanup. Kudos Jerad. Job well-done!

Our garage door needed repairing. When we called, Precision Door was there at the time that they said. The cost was explained before the repairs done. George was professional and repairs was done in a couple of hours.

I would use this company again without hesitation. The service tech called to let me know when he would be there. He arrived on time, accessed the situation, and gave me a quote. He then returned on a Saturday and replaced (2) doors just as promised. The tech was very professional and courteous. He removed old doors and any debris. Everything was left in perfect order with (2) beautiful, new, working doors.
