I was beyond impressed by the entire experience with Precision's team. I was able to get a same day appointment which was great. Adam was the technician who came out and fixed the garage door opener. We needed this fixed as a groundhog chewed through the wires of the garage opener! Adam was very quick and efficient. I could tell he is very knowledgeable and definitely someone I would recommend to my friends and family. He also told me about a newer garage door opener that I am thinking of getting in near future! Woke up this morning to a garage door that wouldn't open - broken spring. Called Precision at 9:00AM, got an appointment for 2:00 PM (same day), all the work was done by 3:00 PM (total rebuild - springs, pulleys, rollers, etc). Fast, efficient, friendly and very professional service. My technician today was Jared, and he was outstanding in every way. Thanks Precision for such a great company!

Great job on my garage door repair. The spring and cables broke this morning at 7:00 a.m.. I called Precision and George had the door repaired by 10:15 a.m.. Nobody wants an unexpected repair bill, but I can't find a single complaint about how I was treated or the repair done. Very professional all around!

Our service from Precision was excellent. Our service technician was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. We replaced our garage door a while ago and needed the rubber trim added, now that we have replaced the wood trim around our door. It was nice to have the professional come back and install it for us, to insure that it was done correctly.
