Our garage door opener wasn’t working. We called in the morning and they came out that afternoon and installed a new one. The young man called when he was on his way and was there within 10 minutes. Very friendly and professional and did a great job. Really appreciate doing business with a company of high quality and great customer service.

Precision Door Service contacted me by text and phone to let me know they would arrive in a half hour. Service repairman, Jeff, arrived as stated. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers greased the track and adjusted the tension. He did NOT try to have me purchase a new opener - in fact he stated that I had a good one. I felt that he was very honest and friendly. I will definitely contact them again if and when it is needed!

Technician (Jeff H.) was at my house approx 1.5hrs after I called. Torsion springs, pulleys, and rollers were replaced in less than an hour. Everything is back in working order and the work and parts seem top notch. Reasonable pricing as well.

Second Garage door they have fixed for me. Same day service on both sets of Springs they replaced and both technicians were very nice and personable. They sent me a text and email when the technician was on his way, he recommended some other maintenance but wasn't pushy. Everything worked out perfectly so far on both garage doors. The Life Time Warranty on the Springs sold me. Only 1 year on other companies I called.

Our garage door broke over night and would not longer open. A tech was to our place the next morning to inspect the door and provide the quote. We decided to replace the entire door and everything went really smoothly and quickly. We had a new double garage door and lift installed. Kevin O’Hara did the installation in a couple hours and did an excellent job. The person I talked to when I scheduled the service call was courteous and knowledgeable. Texts and emails of when the technician would be here were spot on, which was much appreciated.
