Service technician Adam came out initially to review issues with a bent door and broken cables. He was professional, personable and thorough. I would definitely give Adam a five star rating. He got my door up and running until I could coordinate the new door replacement. A few days later, service technician Matt installed a new garage door. He too, was professional, personable and thorough. I would also give Matt five stars. I am beyond pleased with the direction provided and the work performed by Precision. I had a garage door repair and was pleased with the short time period after I called that someone was here to do the repair. The serviceman was very polite and efficient and did an excellent job of getting my door back on track and adjusted back same as new after I backed my car out without the door going completely up. The person who took my call was very efficient in being able to get serviceman out earlier than originally scheduled.

Adam came out on two occasions to help me with my garage door. The first time he advised me that I just needed a newer opener. He gave me great advice on what opener I should get and some of the points that I should be looking for. The second time I installed the opener but I couldn’t get it to work. Adam came out again and in two minutes solved my problem. He’s been extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has been very helpful. My garage door works great and I have no questions about operating it or resetting it. I will definitely be looking for Adam in the future if I have any more garage door issues or questions.

Nothing but good things to say about this company. Our spring broke at 9pm at night on a Sunday and we called to schedule a next day service repair and the gentleman on the phone was so polite and helpful. Called Precision to fix our broken springs in 2014. They arrived same day to install new springs on both sides. I was told the springs were the last springs I would have to buy. 5 Years later, we had a failure. Without any issues, Precision came out replaced both springs and I only had the service call to pay for. Wow, I was prepared for disappointment and it was definitely not the case. Precision stood by their product and apologized that they failed sooner than their expected life. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

He provided me various repair options, thoroughly explained each one and their related costs. I am thrilled to write a review on Precision Door Service. I travel a lot for work and was planning a trip on Wednesday, and our door spring broke Monday evening. Tuesday morning I called Precision to schedule a time, expecting to be scheduled in a day or two. I just did not have a day or two to wait, the door is heavy and my wife could not open the door on her own. At first Jessica, scheduled me for the next morning, but since I was traveling, she asked me to hold on the phone. Within 45 minutes, Adam was available to fix our door. It truly was Precision timing, (pun intended), Adam was professional and quick to get to work. I am extremely appreciative for their extra effort to squeeze me into their busy schedule. Everyone, was great to work with, I definitely will keep Precision Door Service in mind for any future repairs/replacement doors. Thank you Adam and Jessica for making this happen.

Andy, the technician, recommended an upgrade which I thought was a good idea, and the door runs smoother than ever. Plus, the upgrade comes with as long as we are in the house guarantee. Our Garage door came off the hinges around 1:00 PM on a Thursday. They were able to get a technician here around 2:00 PM and by 3:10 PM he had replaced all the rollers and the spring! Now the door is VERY quiet and works great! They are super to deal with!
