I called for an appointment on New Years Eve. Was pleasantly surprised that the phone was answered. An appointment was made for January 2, a Saturday. The technician arrived in the time frame I was given. The opener was checked, and options were presented we decided to replace the opener. The service was performed within an hour. We are pleased with our new opener and very satisfied with the service and response.

Same day service scheduled, was pleased with availability. Jared arrived early, was knowledgeable about problem (broken spring) and how to repair with superior parts (springs, rollers, cables, etc.) He completed the work in time frame given (approximately one hour). He was personable, answered all questions, and represents your company with excellence. Should the need arise, I would contact Precision again and would be pleased to have Jared as technician.

Kevin was the best repairman I have experienced. He was outstanding technically, was extremely efficient, was well equipped with tools and supplies, was very friendly and informative, and finally on time. By informative, I meant explaining what he did and why as well as explaining what i might except in the future. Bottom line A+.

We called on a Saturday for an appointment, and we were able to book an appointment that coming Monday...other competitors were at least a week out for bookings! Our appointment window was from 8am-10am, we received a call from our technician, Tyler L., at 8:10 am letting us know that he would arrive in approximately 25 minutes, which he was right on time! Our appointment was initially just for a consultation/estimate, but we decided to go ahead and have it done, and to our surprise, he informed us they would be able to do it immediately! Everything was all done and wrapped up before 10am! Tyler and the other technician were very efficient, professional and friendly. We were highly impressed with Precision and will definitely be recommending them to our family and friends! The reason why we went with Precision in the first place was all the wonderful reviews, and they definitely held up to those amazing reviews!

I thought the garage door opener had a broken part and it would not open. I could not get the drive to engage after the disconnect had been pulled. It turned out, I was not doing it correctly. The technician immediately pulled it into place and showed me what I was doing wrong. Cost me $75 for one minute of effort on his part. He was knowledgeable, explained it to me and was professional and courteous in his demeanor. He was unable to replace the rubber strip on the bottom of the 1 3/8" door which was a disappointment. I would have given him 5 stars if he had taken the time to do the advertised 25 point safety inspection and looked the opener, tracks, etc. over to see if there was anything else that needed attention. He did not offer to do this and I did not think about it at the time. (I was too embarrassed about not being able to figure out the easy fix on my own.) I would have felt better about spending the money if he had taken the time to look things over as the actual fix took no more than a minute. So, I paid quite a bit for his driving time. That being said, I would call again if I had a problem with either of my doors.

Gary & Logan did a great job with our door replacement. Trusted their recommendations, and the work was done well. Would be 5 stars, but back office stuff needs cleaned up. First, they couldn't make the original install date due to another job taking longer than expected. Then, they came with the wrong door. Finally, no receipt was sent as promised, and when I called and requested one, it was a blank invoice. Again, great workmanship & product, poor operational support.

wonderful job!!! Called and Tyler was here within 30 minutes. So professional and nice. Spring was broken and was replaced along with torsion cable , roller and knock out bearing. All done in an hour. Will recommend your service.

They repairman automatically tried to sell me an $1800 repair without trying anything else. I found another company who repaired it in 5 minutes. I did get an estimate on doing the same work provision quoted. The quote was less than half of provisions price. Precision is a Total rip off company

Thank you to Precision Door for PROMPTLY coming to repair ga our rage garage door, today. A garage door broken spring was not part of our agenda, this morning, but apparently service and service asap is your agenda. Our garage door opens and closes with no hitches now. Originally, our emergency appointment was scheduled from 4-6 today, but the technician finished his client early, called me, to say he could come now, and before 2, not only was the knowlegeable technician here, but the repair job was completed efficiently. The technician was friendly and informative. All this service from beginning phone call to service completion was beyond our expectation.

I had my springs, drums, and cables replaced about 1-1/2 years ago by Precision. I expected the pay for adjusting the springs but there was no charge. Great! Tyler did an excellent job and explained different motor systems after I asked and he realized my unit was 18 years old.

If you want HONESTY no worries when have no clue about the items needed repaired- then see Precision. DO NOT pay for things that do not need done, saved me hundreds today with their honesty. Garage door system is 12yrs old, stopped working, I was clueless. Ended up just needed re-set on the main box and they did it without a charge. rarely in our times do you see people first and genuine integrity in businesses. get it right and get it honest the first time-

Had an emergency situation with a broken spring and garage door panel. When I called the office and explained my situation, The office manager scheduled me immediately for that afternoon. Technician Adam arrived quickly and immediately assessed the situation.

I think I chose Precision because of nearby location and reviews. Door was a little noisy going down from the initial install date but I falsely attributed it to its being a non-insulated door, After about 6 months, the noise became noticeably louder. Thinking it was still under a 1-year warranty, I called for service. A technician by the name of Jerrod (sic?) arrived and proceded to rectify the noise problem in a matter of minutes. He told me that normally there would be a charge for his service but used what he called his "technician's discount" because the install person didn't explain the warranty properly. This type of customer service is rare in todays market and is successful in creating and keeping a lifelong customer. Kudos to both Precision and Jerrod! Ron Forsee Centerville
