This was the fastest, most excellent service job we have ever received. I requested a quote around 6:30 am for our garage door. I received a response shortly after they opened at 8:00 am. Within 3 hours of that call, my broken garage door was fully operational!. The technician was professional, polite and efficient. This company and its service reps are very professional and courteous. The process was quick, accurate and to the point. Service rep, Travis came out to complete what I thought was going to be only an assessment. He ended up repairing the door on the spot! What a pleasant surprise.

Adam arrived on time and quickly assessed the situation and recommended I add second coil spring as the door as originally equipped only had a single spring ( it is a double door). I agreed and he completed the repair in about 15 minutes. Door now operates much more smoothly than before the repair. He was courteous and friendly. I could ask for nothing more!!
