I am only adding a 3 star because the cost was so ridiculous. I paid 1800 dollars for the list listed below. The guy who came to fix the door was very good and professional and did the work within an hour. They knew I needed the door fixed so fell like they up charged everything. When my garage door would not open so I scheduled an appt on line with Precision. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Cody who said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He checked out everything from the door, rollers, springs, and motor. He took his time and explained everything that was wrong with my garage door system. He then offered me several options to get my door working again. Since my motor and everything else was so old, I choose to replace everything, even though I had other options available. Cody was a true professional, respectful and informative. I highly recommend Precision.
