The spring to our garage door broke. I called Precision Door after doing research on the internet. I was able to book an appointmnet the next day. The tech, Alex, showed up on time. he was very polite and knew what he was doing. He gave us a quote with diiferent options and explained each one. He was here maybe 40 minutes and the garage operates like a new one now. I would definitely recommend Precision Door. (and Alex)

Isaiah contacted me via my mobile phone about 40 minutes before he was set to arrive today (2/25/26), all done timely and I had just made my appointment yesterday (2/24/26). He was clean and respectful. He was here for a system "tune-up." He explained what he was doing and the current condition of our garage door and motor, etc. He lubed and tightened everything, including the chain and was finished within an hour. He left me with some suggestions for future maintenance, etc., in order to maximize the life of our system, while minimizing future problems! In short, it was a very good experience using Precision Door Service! I highly recommend them.

Thank you very much for providing the great service from Esaiah of Precision garage door service. Unexpectedly today our garage door’s spring was broken and the sling was cut off. We tried to find garage door service company which opens over the weekend and found Precision Garage door service online. It was very easy to schedule for time slots opening for today ( Saturday) while most companies might be closed over the weekend. The company sent text messages and photo to introduce the technician ahead of the arrival. Mr.Gibbs was very impressive and explained the parts that needed to be replaced, provided estimate, got everything fixed up within a short time and we have got the working garage doors less than an hour. I called on a Saturday morning at 08:30. The person answering the phone was a joy to speak with, she got me on the schedule as quick as she could. She told me the service tech would be Isaiah. When he arrived, he was very polite. Asked what was going on wanted to see the issues I was describing. He then proceeded to look over the problem and show me the issues he found and as to why they were a problem. Very upfront with everything. I told him to go ahead with the repairs, he jumped on it right away and was done in just over an hour. I was COMPLETLY satisfied with the workmanship and the price. You now have a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend them, especially Isaiah. Thanks

Will Abbott and Quentin were on time and very professional. They listened to my concerns and explained very clearly how they could fix the problem. They did not try to upsell anything I did not need. I appreciate that they had all the required parts on their truck and were able to make the repairs on the spot. We had a spring break so we called and told the spring installed would be $259. As soon a the technician was here he tried to sell us everything under the sun. When we didn't buy anything else he told us the spring would be $389 with no warranty because we didn't buy any other parts. When I said the price wasn't what we were told be said that's because the call center doesn't know the price. Here's a thought.... then the call center shouldn't give out pricing! He offered a one year warranty on the spring. After he left and sent us the warranty info, the warranty was for labor only!!!
