We had chosen to try Precision Door when we had one of our garage doors breakdown a couple years ago. We decided to try them again since they were very helpful, especially since it was during a harsh winter. We called Precision again, and we lucky that we got Mr O'Hara who was quick and efficient. I would recommend Precision / Mr O'Hara to anyone.

Your Team far exceeded my expectations! It began with your text telling me when your technician would arrive but also some back ground information about him and his picture. An added safety factor which was appreciated. Brent got my input and ask additional questions to get a good understanding of my problems with my garage door opener. He found the problem to be sensor related. He fixed that problem. Then he turned to the second issue - noise. He found a bolt which worked itself loose. He replaced the bolt and lubed the entire system. The garage door opener now works and sounds like new. Fantastic! Thank you and your team for a quick response and especially Brent who did the work on the opener. He was courteous and professional. A real asset to your company!

Best garage door service we have ever. There may be others as good but none better and we have lived in 12 homes around the country. Professional, thorough, and honest evaluation of your problems. Where possible they will give you different price options based on your budget. Communication is excellent from the home staff to the repairman who shows up at your door. We had a large spring break on our double garage door, and Precision Door was out to repair the spring the next day. It was so nice to work with a company that arrived as promised and just did exceptional work. The technician we worked with was Ty, and he was courteous and did a great job of explaining the repairs that we needed. Within about an hour, our garage door was working again, and I must admit, it worked SIGNIFICANTLY better than it did before... it is now smoother and quieter, and the repair came with a 10 year warranty. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision Door again and again.

The service that Tyler provided was good - he arrived on time, had everything he needed to perform the repair, and from what I can tell was done well in an efficient manner. Tyler was courteous and professional and he gets 5 stars. However, overall I need to reduce the rating because pricing. I called Precision of Cincinnati to book and was told on the phone that it was a $75 service call fee in addition to the repair and that springs are $250. I mentioned a coupon on the website for a free service call with the repair and was told that was fine and to just tell the technician when he arrived. All settled, appointment booked. Apparently, the appointment was actually booked with Precision of Dayton and when the technician arrived he said that their service call fee is $130 and that they won't accept the coupon nor match the price of the Cincinnati office whom I called to book the appointment. Additionally, their cost for the springs was $384. So at the time of booking I was thinking I was in for about $500 and ended up at the time of service at over $900 for the service call plus 2 springs. Precision needs to have much more transparency into their pricing and booking practices to avoid these sorts of issues. I also don't understand how the Dayton office can be so much more expensive. For these reasons, my overall experience is 3 stars.

No need to schedule another appointment -- Kevin fixed the problem while he was here. He explained everything to me, exactly what it would cost, and then kept to the estimate -- even showing me exactly what he did when he was done. Will definitely recommend Precision Garage Doors to anyone needing repairs.
