When my garage door would not open so I scheduled an appt on line with Precision. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Cody who said he would be at my house in 20 minutes. He checked out everything from the door, rollers, springs, and motor. He took his time and explained everything that was wrong with my garage door system. He then offered me several options to get my door working again. Since my motor and everything else was so old, I choose to replace everything, even though I had other options available. Cody was a true professional, respectful and informative. I highly recommend Precision.

I called at 0940 to get an estimate for a broken torsion spring. Ashley quickly got me on the list for a 10-2 service window. I received a call from Will A., the service tech at 1009. Not sure if the moon and stars were aligned just right but I was tempted to sneak out and buy a lottery ticket. Anyhoo, Will arrived within 15 minutes and got right to work. After assessing the route needed to get me back up and operational, he dove right in. He was very professional and took extra time to explain why he was suggesting certain components. I’m very satisfied with my service today.
