I was happy with the speed of the repair. I was happy with the service tech that came and did the repair. However, overall I think the cost was high for the work that was done. Will look for a different provider the next time I need a garage door repair.

We called Precision Garage Doors of Dayton and thankfully they came out the next day (other business we called said we'd have to wait 3 days for an appointment). We use our garage as a "front door" so repair time was critical. Kevin was the serviceman. He was very professional and did a fantastic, and efficient, job replacing our old garage door for a new one. The professionalism, quality and cost exceeded our expectations. I placed the phone call and Austin arrived less than 2 hours later, Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a chain that was off track, but the issue was at broken part. He showed me the broken part, told me what the cost would be to replace. Before leaving, Austin checked the 2nd door to make sure we wouldn't have a problem. Very happy and would recommend Precision Door.

Very professional, trustworthy, and took the time to recommend the best option in quality and price. My installer, Jared Puchalski, did a great job, provided great service, and exceeded our expectations with our final product! It was an overall great customer experience. Referred by a very satisfied neighbor herself. Austin Hitch was the technician and was very polite and professional. Thinking I would have to get a new opener, he was able to fix it in 5 minutes. The door was jammed. Also installed a key pad.

Jerrod (hope I spelled his name right) did a quick, efficient, and effective job. The remote we had didn't work (it is over 30 years old), and we thought our entire system had failed. There are no new remotes with the correct number of dip switches, but Jerrod discovered that a second, back-up remote we had that we didn't use because the battery in it had corroded did have the exact number of switches required to work properly! We hadn't tried to use it, because we thought the corrosion would keep it from working properly. That's why he's a pro, and we're not. Thanx again!
