We needed a new double garage door for one of our condo units. The old door was buckling and could have possibly collapsed on the residents' 2 vehicles. We needed a competitive price, a reasonable guarantee and fast service. Precision Overhead Garage Door Service inspected the garage door on a Monday and installed a new one, including new hardware, on Tuesday. Best of all the hardware came with a lifetime guarantee. Everyone in the organization that we dealt with displayed over-the-top professionalism. We couldn't have asked for anything more and will be using this company again in the future.

Our garage door suddenly stopped working and left us in a pinch. I called Precision and received an immediate answer and within 40 minutes, a tech was at my door. Kevin was professional, informative and quick to fix the door. After, two new springs, alignment of track and slight modification to the opener he was on his way. I'll be honest...I just looked you up in the Yellow Pages. But when I talked to you all on the phone, I knew I'd made the right choice. Andy showed up on time and was very professional. The funny thing was, our garage door baffled him, too (which I gotta say, was comforting to hear!). We'd been dealing with our door NOT closing for several years and we could never fix the problem. We originally purchased 2 new garage door openers w/ remotes & key pad in Jan 2014. They work beautifully & are amazingly quiet :). We had a minor problem with the remotes, however John came to our home within 24 hours, accessed the situation and changed out the remotes. We are very happy with both the product & the service--and John and the installers were all very nice to work with.

4.5 stars. Nathan was great. He knew his stuff and installed our new opener in less than 2 hours and it works great. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars, was because there was some confusion as to the inclusion of a remote entry pad in the quote. I thought it was included, but apparently it was not included.
