This was our first experience with Precision. I was pleased with the work that was done. I called for an appointment and within a few hours, Kevin was at our door. The work was done efficiently and professionally. Kevin was very pleasant and explained the repair process. I never realized how noisy our old springs were until we had Precision install the new ones. I'm very excited about that bonus. I would call them again for service.

Precision Door Service, employee Jeff arrived early on Saturday morning. He was very professional, told us exactly what he was going to do. I was happy with the speed of the repair. I was happy with the service tech that came and did the repair. However, overall I think the cost was high for the work that was done. Will look for a different provider the next time I need a garage door repair.

We called Precision Garage Doors of Dayton and thankfully they came out the next day (other business we called said we'd have to wait 3 days for an appointment). We use our garage as a "front door" so repair time was critical. Kevin was the serviceman. He was very professional and did a fantastic, and efficient, job replacing our old garage door for a new one. The professionalism, quality and cost exceeded our expectations. I placed the phone call and Austin arrived less than 2 hours later, Austin was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a chain that was off track, but the issue was at broken part. He showed me the broken part, told me what the cost would be to replace. Before leaving, Austin checked the 2nd door to make sure we wouldn't have a problem. Very happy and would recommend Precision Door.
