I had used Precision before so called back. I was very pleased with Austin. HE called before arriving. HE was very knowledgeable ,helpful a d friendly. I didn,t realize my garage door lock was still workable with the system I have,so he put in a new battery and helped me set the code for it. HE also attached my garage door control more securely.The door had been lopsided from an incident years ago and he also helped even that. Plus all the work he did getting the door to close!, I,m very happy with everything

The call for scheduling was quick and easy. They came out the next day and with in 1 hour had the problem diagnosed and fixed and was cleaned up and out the door. Also he advised us on potential future problems due to the age of garage door and things we could do to prolong the life of it.

I called Precision, and you gave me a time and the installer was here on time and called ahead. A really nice guy, Jarrod, I think was his name came and was very personable and helpful. He explained what was wrong with my door and it was just old. I asked him to install a new one and he did a great job especially in this frigged weather. Called and they were here in a flash. Wonderful service courteous technician who explained everything. Who would have thought that LED lightbulbs would interfere with the proper operation of a garage door. Will definitely be at the top of my list for a new door in a year or so.
