Adam just replaced two garage door springs for us. Originally we just needed the one that broke, but he noticed the other was about to go as well so he saved us a headache and an additional service call and fixed them both. Very professional, trustworthy, and took the time to recommend the best option in quality and price. My installer, Jared Puchalski, did a great job, provided great service, and exceeded our expectations with our final product! It was an overall great customer experience. Jerrod (hope I spelled his name right) did a quick, efficient, and effective job. The remote we had didn't work (it is over 30 years old), and we thought our entire system had failed. There are no new remotes with the correct number of dip switches, but Jerrod discovered that a second, back-up remote we had that we didn't use because the battery in it had corroded did have the exact number of switches required to work properly! We hadn't tried to use it, because we thought the corrosion would keep it from working properly. That's why he's a pro, and we're not. Thanx again!
