I'm disappointed in how the phone scheduling person at Precision failed to pass crucial information along to the service technician. I knew the exact part # of the Genie part to be replaced. I gave it to scheduler, and tech shows up without needed part. End result, I wasted my afternoon and valuable work time. When I called to complain, customer service rep had a lot of excuses, but little as far as apology. So, I immediately called & scheduled another company.

We bought both doors and openers from them. We were impressed with their work and communication and excellent customer service then. The one door starting acting up. I called on a Friday and they were out on Saturday. The tech Travis called and actually was early, a great change from some other service companies. He was friendly and courteous explained what he did and how to maintain the doors. I have recommended them to others and will continue to.

My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

Replaced 2 doors, one double and one single, and one opener, after 25 yrs. I love these new doors and the opener is great. If there were 6 stars for the doors, the installation, the people I would give them a '6'. Payed about what I expected, shopped pricing and was happy with that, too.

My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.

I replaced our broken garage door opener, but realized the door needed attention. Jeff came to our home to correct our garage door so it closes properly. He recommended the 23+ year old spring get replaced and our ancient door rollers. I researched what different materials are used by various garage door companies. Precision Garage Door uses powder coated springs and they're rated for 28,000 cycles. The rollers are lifetime lubricated and are extremely quiet. Jeff finished the job by spraying the hinges with a lubricant. The result of his 1hr job is the garage door closes and opens quieter than the new belt drive opener I installed! Outstanding work!
