Wow! Punctual, courteous, and professional! I cannot say enough about this company. Not sure when they installed the springs for the garage door, but they were still under warranty. All I paid was a service call charge.

This was my second request as he was running especially behind on Wednesday, therefore, I changed the appointment today. John called me and was at our home a little after 10am which was great since I had a 10 to 12 window. John explained several point with the door and finished timely! He repaired the Opener and gave a check up to the door greasing etc.

Kevin O. arrived at our home to replace our broken garage door spring. He is very friendly, courteous and professional. After inspecting our garage door (21 year old builder grade) we decided to purchase a new, insulated garage door and opener. Kevin temporarily replaced our broken spring so we can use our garage door and is scheduled to install our new door on Monday.
