They installed new springs last month, door started having problems closing last week. The cables came of the reels. The door was stuck open and they could not come till next day. Then said was our fault, charged another $124 to fix. 3 year warranty is worthless. Springs were over priced to begin with. They told my wife there would be no charge to fix before they came out.

I read comments from other companies and Precision and came to a decision to go with Precision for our new Garage door. The first visit from the company was a person by the name of Kevin. He knew right off what we needed. He went over everything with me and said he could be here Monday to install our new door. So we set up a time and date and he showed up right on time. After he was done installing the door and everything that goes with it, he cleaned up his mess and explained things that are important with the new door. Like how to lubricate it and how often to do it. He also explained the warranty of our new door and all parts related to it. In the end they gave me a military discount which was very nice of them. I called 5 other places about the replacement of our door and saw no better ratings than Precision. We have a life time warranty and after one year, if anything goes wrong they will replace at no cost of parts and just a simple $75.00 labor fee to have someone come and do the work. If you go someplace else you are making a big mistake. They are very fine people and very easy to deal with. Again I want to thank Kevin for all the good work he did on our garage door replacement.

Two days later I have a new insulated garage door. Zach was very professional. I was impressed with the quick service. He explained what items would be replaced and hauled away the old items.

Adam installed two springs, new rollers, and new hardware on my garage door. This is the second time he’s been to my house for service on that garage door and he’s always been very professional, very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Quick service and professionally completed. Had a broken spring on a 16 x 7 garage door. Due to the age of the door and hardware, it was agreed that an overhaul was in order. Original door only had one spring and it was explained to me that a door this size required two. No problem. The work was completed in short order and all is well. Technician was Matthew Roberts.

Same-day service for broken garage door spring, with my car trapped in the garage. Scheduled an appointment over the phone in the morning, scheduler very polite. Technician called ahead and ask if he could come early (yes!). Pleasant and efficient. Lubed door, replaced spring, noticed a broken hinge and replaced.

We already had a Lift Master garage door opening system. However, it was installed by previous owners in 1994! The system had been serviced once since we bought our home four years ago When it ceased to function, we called Precision Door Service, and Matt Roberts was here within two hours. After Matt presented reasonable options, I decided that it was time to replace the system. Replacing the existing, older system held some challenges, but Matt - politely, methodically and patiently - worked until the installation was complete. He was professional throughout. At the end, he again - patiently - helped me to reprogram my car opener. I was very impressed with the timeliness and quality of Precision's service and would definitely recommend them and will call them again for future needs.

I called at 9am and my Tech Matthew was at my house before 10am and new WiFi Opener (which I love) was installed and working by 10:45am. That’s what I call fast service. Matthew went over the opener and safety checks with me. This is my third time using these guys for one of my properties and they’ve not let me down yet.

The individual who did the initial visit and quote was extremely professional and friendly. It was probably because of him we chose Precision. Great work, got a repairman out here within a couple of hours of notice my torsion spring had broken! He was able to fix it and upgrade all moving parts. Before my door sounded like a cat screeching in a back alley every time I opened or closed it, now it's whisper quiet!
