Although I did not like the price, after Jared explained what he was doing and what material he was using, I decided to go with price and the warranty that went with it. I ALSO rec'd a text from the company confirming the same info (this is exceptional service). 3rd...Upon arrival, he understood what the issue was, explained my current options and their costs, agreed with me on making the most sensible decision at the time, discussed potential issues to monitor, gave several ball-park assessments of what it would cost to correct/replace items if issues persisted, and suggested I get an official appraisal IF the current fix didn't correct the issue AND a door replacement would be necessary. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

He replaced all my rollers, lubricated all my rollers, hinges, opener track and springs. And they had an online coupon that saved me $. Highly recommend.
