I recently moved to a new home and the garage door was broken.. I looked at reviews and saw that Precision was highly recommended. I called for an appointment . Adam arrived on time and was so professional. His knowledge of what needed to be done was great.. Unfortunately I do need a garage door and they will have my business.

Jared the field technician was very knowledgeable and arrived on time with a courtesy call. He explained me the issue , gave me options to fix /service with clear communication. Garage door spring was replaced and it took less than hour to fix it. 5 starts for his service.

Great service. Precision answered my call very professionally and took the info needed to set up the appointment. Adam came out quickly with everything he needed to replace one garage door opener and replace an old worn out keypad on a second door. Called ahead and sent a text (with Adam's picture & background!!) when he was on the way. Adam efficiently completed the install, cleaned up the area, set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with in the entire time. I would definitely use this company again and would wholeheartedly recommend Precision and Adam.

Great job Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! Your repairman, George, called to relay his anticipated arrival time. George was professional and very pleasant. He checked our broken spring as well as looking over our entire garage door system. He showed me we had worn out rollers which he indicated he could replace as part of the needed spring repair. He worked very diligently while we also conversed about the repairs. I am very pleased with the - replacement parts (springs and rollers), - installation/repair quality, and - most of all the personal touch and professionalism George provided.

Jared did an Excellent job on replacing my old Dalton Garage Door system with a new spring system. Although I did not like the price, after Jared explained what he was doing and what material he was using, I decided to go with price and the warranty that went with it. Just had Precision install a new belt drive opener. The tech was done in about an hour and the opener is whisper quiet. He was courteous and professional and answered all my questions before leaving. Great experience and would definitely recommend them again.
