The technician was here for maybe 5 minutes. After telling me he had no idea what to do. I thanked him for his time and called another company. More training for your technicians is strongly advised. IDK should never be said. Let me find out is always a better response. Seemed like it was just more work than he wanted to do. I was thankful for the early text and his prompt arrival though. Good Luck:) BTW my tension spring is broken, both cables and guide reels are all still in place, but all he could do was give me excuses as to why he couldn’t fix it. Really think he missed an opportunity to replace or repair. He offered no solutions just kept repeating the challenges. So much negativity from him that there was no way I was going to let him waste anymore of my time. I live in an older home and have never had any service or repair person who was so poorly trained on the art of a sale, really no salesmanship at all.

This was one of the best service experiences I’ve had. Our garage door spring busted in the evening, I called the next morning and they had someone here by 2:00 and it was fixed! Our technician, Justin, was really knowledgeable, extremely professional and personal. It was a great experience!

They came ahead of schedule and when I asked they come back on time on the phone, they just called me and told me I have to replace the whole door anyway. So what is the purpose of estimating when they don’t want to look at it? I am really disappointed.

The original garage door failed and was damaged beyond repair. Kevin, the service technician, responded within an hour. Arrangements were made to install a new door and opener. Service was completed by late afternoon. Excellent response and great service by Kevin.

From same day service, to regular updates on arrival time, to the knowledge that John has as he explained all the moving parts of the garage door and how quality parts are essential to the life of the working garage door. Great service. Precision answered my call very professionally and took the info needed to set up the appointment. Adam came out quickly with everything he needed to replace one garage door opener and replace an old worn out keypad on a second door. Called ahead and sent a text (with Adam's picture & background!!) when he was on the way. Adam efficiently completed the install, cleaned up the area, set everything up and was a pleasure to deal with in the entire time. Great job Precision Overhead Garage Door Service!! Your repairman, George, called to relay his anticipated arrival time. George was professional and very pleasant. He checked our broken spring as well as looking over our entire garage door system. He showed me we had worn out rollers which he indicated he could replace as part of the needed spring repair. He worked very diligently while we also conversed about the repairs. I am very pleased with the - replacement parts (springs and rollers), - installation/repair quality, and - most of all the personal touch and professionalism George provided.
