A mishap between one of our cars and our garage door bent one of the brackets making closing the garage door impossible. We called Precision who managed to fit us in that day even though they were very busy. The person who answered the phone, and I assume the scheduler, was so polite and so very helpful. The serviceman could not have been nicer, explained everything he was going to do to fix our problem, and explained the cost to us in detail. Beside replacing our brackets, we also had him replace the metal rollers with quieter nylon ones. As part of his service he also greased the hinges. His work was excellent and very clean. We could not be happier! Thank you Heidi and Tyler. Precision - you now have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.

My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great

I contacted Precision because I saw your ad on a commercial. George S came out to the property I am going to rent out - The garage door opener was beeping and indicated the battery needed to be changed, the remote controls needed to be reprogrammed and the lights were not working. He was great (5)! He changed the battery, reprogrammed the remotes and He did everything He could to get the lights to work they wouldn't so I we talked about some alternate options because the opener otherwise works fine. Thank you for the excellent service! Making appointment was very easy and I was informed the technician’a name too. When the earlier appointment time was available, they called me so I accepted. Technician showed up even earlier than the window of times and I was happy about it. George was a nice and kind man , my dogs even stopped barking even during repair. He showed me the parts I needed and he explained well to my husband about the parts quality, how it works etc. I am very pleased with the service. Precision Door does annual preventative maintence on our garage doors, which they installed several years ago. This keeps our garage door in good condition. Kevin called and texted us before he came out. He was on time, courteous, and does and excellent job.
