We were impressed with what we read online before we called. Our call for an estimate was met within an hour by Adam. We were updated about who was coming and what their ETA was throughout the process. Adam explained everything thoroughly and why precision door was different. This was all made apparent when Matt came out to install the doors. We were impressed with the way these doors are constructed. They are not the ordinary doors we received estimates for from everyone else. These high quality doors have additional reinforcing and heavy duty hardware adding to their service life. Because of my lifetime warranty I never have to pay for a service call again. Matt did an excellent job installing all three doors and an opener in one day. Thank you Heidi, Adam and Matt for a great purchase experience.

Technician very knowledgeable. We have had trouble in the past with the current set-up of our garage door. Technician looked at set-up and suggested a new set-up to alleviate the problem. Very pleased with the quality of work and the knowledge to better our opener. Was notified when technician was arriving and with a picture of the technician. Would recommend Precision Door Service 100%.

My garage door torsion spring broke on a Sunday morning. I was able to make an appointment online for first thing Monday. repairman arrived right on time and quickly completed the needed repairs. Had everything needed on the truck! Even noticed an issue with my other garage door and made the necessary adjustments probably saving a later service call. Highly recommend!

Single door spring broke Sunday afternoon. Contacted Precision Garage Service (Hamilton) on Monday. Amanda was very pleasant and able to get me serviced same day. Tech, Matt, contacted me prior to arrival timeframe as well as received text with his photo. Matt was very professional, thorough in his detailed explanation of intended work as well as other No Pressure recommendations. Work completed within an hour, cleaned work area. Very pleased. Will be scheduling same work on double door before end of year.

Great work, got a repairman out here within a couple of hours of notice my torsion spring had broken! He was able to fix it and upgrade all moving parts. Before my door sounded like a cat screeching in a back alley every time I opened or closed it, now it's whisper quiet!

They installed new springs last month, door started having problems closing last week. The cables came of the reels. The door was stuck open and they could not come till next day. Then said was our fault, charged another $124 to fix. 3 year warranty is worthless. Springs were over priced to begin with. They told my wife there would be no charge to fix before they came out.
