Precision being available 24/7 was incredibly convenient when our garage door spring broke at 9 pm. I was able to immediately call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Matthew was our technician. He came out for a spring repair and found several other issues with our very old door. He was very knowledgeable and patient while he talked me through my options. I decided to order a new door. He ordered the door I wanted and came back out to install it once it arrived. The Precision team was very helpful, easy to contact, and had great communication - including a text to my phone with a picture of the technician I should expect to arrive and a call ~15 mins before they arrived. Our technician (Matthew) was very friendly, helpful, patient, and did a fantastic job. We love our new door!! Thanks!
