My garage door has been loud and unreliable for years. Called Precision and they responded quickly. Technician Kevin Ohara diagnosed multiple problems then came back the next day to make repairs. Even though the wood door is 40+ years old and very heavy and has a veneer of siding on the outside he was able to get to operate smoothly and quiet like a new one. Great professional service and quick response.

Replaced 2 doors, one double and one single, and one opener, after 25 yrs. I love these new doors and the opener is great. If there were 6 stars for the doors, the installation, the people I would give them a '6'. Payed about what I expected, shopped pricing and was happy with that, too.

Very quick response. Arrived on time with advance notice of arrival via text and phone call. Jeff Hollon and helper were very professional. Replaced broken spring and cables and made door repairs quick and efficiently. Also inspected opener to ensure all working properly. Great value for service!

My garage door had not worked for over 6wks. I finely saw a video that explained that every time your door was serviced, the technician wood to a check on all parts of your door. Sounded good to me. Zack was there on time and very honest. Told me it was just the eye part (my words) needed adjusted. That was it. I couldn't believe that wad it.

I replaced our broken garage door opener, but realized the door needed attention. Jeff came to our home to correct our garage door so it closes properly. He recommended the 23+ year old spring get replaced and our ancient door rollers. I researched what different materials are used by various garage door companies. Precision Garage Door uses powder coated springs and they're rated for 28,000 cycles. The rollers are lifetime lubricated and are extremely quiet. Jeff finished the job by spraying the hinges with a lubricant. The result of his 1hr job is the garage door closes and opens quieter than the new belt drive opener I installed! Outstanding work!

The services done and provided by Zach who installed a fully functioning garage door operating system was very well done. I also enjoyed talking with him during the operation. Although I would have appreciated a call from him letting me know he'd be a bit late returning to my house, he apologized since the other job he had ran into difficulties. I was also very happy that he allowed me a Veteran's discount. He's a fine worker.

We had a gay door that would not close or open. I emailed Precision on Thursday evening. In less than an hour we had an appointment set for Friday morning between 8 and 10. Kevin texted that he was on his way at 8:25 and here by 8:45. We could not fix an opener that was 21 years old but a new opener was in and Kevin was gone by 9:52 am. I was able to go to work. Customer Service is fantastic!! I can’t say anything else. Customer Service.

The service was very personal and efficient! I called on a Saturday morning and they scheduled and completed the door repair Monday morning by 10:00 am. Zach, technician who serviced our door was very personal, taking time to explain the process, the warranty and costs. He was polite and efficient with his overall work, making sure we were satisfied before he left the job.
