My experience was great! Getting into winter, I need to be able to park my vehicle in my garage and was disappointed when my opener decided to stop working. I called, and service was scheduled quickly. I got notifications, and reminders by text and by email. My tech, Cody, came on time, and was so kind and professional! He diagnosed the problem, explained it to me, and offered me all available options. Within an hour, I had a new opener, and he even helped me program the button in my car to operate it. He completely went above and beyond and made a big problem, now in hindsight, just a minor inconvenience. Thanks Cody & Precision Garage Door Service!

Precision Door was at the house within 2 hours of my call that the door would not open. Joey Albers replaced all of the hardware (rollers, tension cable drums, spring rod and springs) in an hour on a twenty year old very tired door. Joey is a fantastic technician, teaches and helps you understand the issues and is a great representative of Precision Door.

After a utility pole fire and power surge throughout our home, many of our electronics were fried including our garage door opener. I was having trouble getting anyone to return my calls. We called precision door service at 5:00AM on a Friday morning and were treated kindly . They listened to our garage door problem and scheduled us for a 10AM to 2 PM service call . Both torsion springs had broken on our garage door and it was too heavy to lift . So , we had both our vehicles in the garage and wasn't able to get the vehicles out of the garage . we received a call from Alex the precision door service technician at 11:00AM and they were on their way to our address . Both technicians arrived ,Alex , & Joey . They were friendly + professional and knowledgeable . They finished the job quickly and professionally . The Garage Door works like new ...smile + the work looked professional and the new torsion springs were stronger which helps the life of the old motor on the garage door opener . Website says they can replace springs, my Estimate was over $1800.00 to replace the Whole spring system with updated style and all new brackets and rollers.

Our spring broke on a Sunday and we looked online for repair servicees with high customer satisfaction ratings. We chose Precision and are glad we did. Isaiah showed up early in the window of appointment times, introduced himself and explained what components of the garage door system he would be inspecting. A short time later, he had a proposed estimate which included several parts in addition to the spring. He showed me the wear of these parts and recommended replacement-he was not pushy but explained that with worn parts, we could expect further complications down the road. I agreed to replace some hinges and rollers and drums. He said he would complete the work in no more than 90 minutes. He completed the repairs in about 45 minutes and demonstrated how they check themselves for the thoroughness of the repair. The garage door operates smoother and quieter than it ever has (even when the new door was first installed). I would highly recommend this company for anyone needing garage door services.
