Today, we had Brent Stringfellow come to our home. He was reviewing a repeat issue where our cable appeared to have broken. Brent explained it appeared to have the wrong parts used on the previous repair. After he completed the repair, he stated it was no charge. He was prompt, polite and gave great insight. We are thankful for him taking ownership of the problem and correcting the issue. It is good to see honest forthright people helping others. Thank you.

We had a garage door issue and our garage was not opening at our house we just closed on. It was a surprise issue we were not expecting as we prepare to move-in. We made a same day appointment and Precision called me within minutes of making the appointment online and was at our home within literally minutes of calling us. Precision quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue upon arriving. I will DEFINITELY use Precision in the future for all needs.

I am so pleased with the service I got from Precision. Called one afternoon and they were here at noon the next day. The service person explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix it. Gave me three different options and what each entailed and cost. He went over and above board to fix the garage door and change lights as I am older and not able to do that. This company has amazing customer service. From the moment I called, explained the issue, Amanda was so helpful and was able to give me a same day appointment. Brent was our technician, called me 40 minutes before he arrived so I would have time to come home from work. He was very knowledgeable, had excellent communication skills, found the problem fast, went above and beyond to go back to the shop to get a manual lock for my garage door, which he didn’t have to do because he had already repaired my garage door opener sensors. I highly recommend this company! Amazing service from beginning to end. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!

Precision Door Service has a local (Warren County) phone number. Very knowledgeable, Jared saw the problem before I could tell him and he explained it clearly to me. We made an appointment for the company to return next week to install new equipment (provided I get approval from HOA). The problem has not yet been solved, but I am confident it will be next week. Very fine service.

I called today January 31st and received a call within 15 minutes of my inquiry. My appointment was scheduled same day with a two hour window. I received a call even earlier than expected time which was great. Tyler came out, examined the door thoroughly, called me out, explained the issues and his recommendations at this time. He also explained what he would recommend for the future and all options with detailed breakdowns. I would recommend Precision to anyone. The service was excellent, Tyler was very friendly and answered all questions!

Great service -- I messaged on Sunday and Joey came out by 10:00 on Monday. He replaced the garage opener and replaced the wheels for the garage door which were showing a lot of wear and tear. Everything done in about an hour and 1/2. Would definitely recommend Precision
