Hello review readers. I do not write many reviews Today I am compelled to do do so for Isaiah Gibbs of Precision Garage Door Service Dayton Ohio. The call for service was easy and friendly. Before Isaiah's arrival i received a phone call from him with expected arrival time. Then i received a text with his photo and bio. Very reassuring. his professionalism was outstanding. he had the products offered on his truck. Isaiah Gibbs was confident and quick and helpful. He answered all my questions. Doing business with PRECISION GARAGE DOOR SERVICE and ISAIAH GIBBS made my day!

Saw an add for the company and checked reviews. Made an appointment for a repair and the motor died while tech was on site. Josh gave me options without being pushy and had the new opener up and running in a short time. He was very friendly and professional. I am very happy with his work.

The bad news...our garage door opener died. The good news... Precision Garage Door Service sent Isaiah to take care of us. Isaiah was very professional, very knowledgeable, very accommodating and above all, good at what he did...replace our old opener with a new one. Not only that...he called and came an hour early. Will Abbott was my serviceman. I had a broken spring but garage door was operating rough and loud. He did a complete assessment , my door was 24 years old. He suggested and I agreed, replaced springs with heavy duty ones ,cables, rollers which were cracked, overhead support bar etc. no pressure but made sense . Very happy ,door operates like new, very smooth and quiet. Also nice warranty. also checked and adjusted my garage opener and advice on some simple maintenance. Answered all my questions. Good And friendly service is hard to find today. Excellent job Precision Door and Will Abbott. A+

My garage door spring broke on a Friday night as I was closing it for the night. In the morning I searched for companies that offered Saturday service. I found Precision offered quick service As well as weekend service. Precision was able to come out that same day. Joey was very professional gave me a number of options for my 20 year old door, never high pressure. I ended up having the spring, bearings, and cables replaced. Joey offered additional advice other maintenance items, but also indicated I could do them myself if I wished. Joey even gave me pointers on the DIY items I chose. Very professional, would recommend

Precision Door Service stepped up bigtime. Situation: main spring broke on door and was unable to function at all impacting our daily coming and going. Called multiple companies for estimates on parts and labor as well as soonest availability. All were able to give potential estimate over phone as well as send tech to house for true costs based on specifics found on site. Response: Precision bumped up their time slot on their schedule and Tyler L. was first to arrive. It took Tyler 5 minutes to inspect situation and locked in same quote given over phone. Tyler communicated that he could resolve situation with brand new part in truck and complete labor on the spot. Outcome: Costs - turns out cost was lowest around which gave us the value we were looking for. Service - Tyler completed labor in less than 20 minutes. His instillation was not only efficient but turned out high quality. Customer Service - Tyler was excellent. He showed up 2 hours early. His installation was a snap and he was pleasant to work with. Precision was available for any garage door issues we were having and Tyler had both technical skill and communication style that knocked it out of the park. 100% Recommendation for all garage door needs.

Isaiah was AMAZING! Garage door looked old & worn & needed multiple things fixed. I did not expect to have our door fixed so quickly. We moved into our home Friday & was told that garage door needed fixed. He showed up today, extremely kind & not pushy to try and make a sale. The torsion spring broke which also broke the cables, so my door was not going anywhere, with my car stuck inside. He replaced all the hardware and now it's operating and running smoother and quieter than ever. He was a pleasure to speak with and was very knowledgeable and professional.

Such an amazing experience with this company. I called in the morning, and was able to get a same day appointment - I was stunned. Tyler was my tech, and he called and gave me plenty of notice to meet him at my house. He was extremely knowledgeable, and super friendly. He explained everything very thoroughly, and gave me multiple options to resolved my issue. My opener was 28 years old, so I went with a replacement unit. He showed me all the pricing and the options available, and explained each opener pro and con. He was done with the new opener in about an hour, and then walked me through every aspect of the new opener, including why the safety sensors had to be moved to a new location. I was so pleased with the experience, and will gladly recommend this company to anyone I know.
