Prompt service, called before arrival. Complete inspection, as well as replacing springs. Parts were of much better quality than original and all rollers lubed as well. Would recommend to anyone needing service. Brent did a great job.

i contacted over the Labor Day weekend over the internet and chat with someone about service for today, the day after Labor Day. i called to confirm a time and got a better time. The service was on time and very professional. Thank You

I would never use this company again. Quoted on phone $250.00 to replace garage door spring. When they came out said was $480.00. There was a $75.00 service charge also that they never told you about. When was told $250.00 that was installation and all. But this company did not stand behind their so called "valuable customer service". We had checked with other companies before calling them and their prices were $250.00 complete also, so we chose Precision because they seemed customer care oriented. Never again! This company is not what they promote to be. Beware - chose a different garage door company. Read the other reviews. Seems to be a pattern.

After 21 years, the belt on the garage door opener gave out. A search on Google to find next day repairs led me to Precision. We were given an appointment window of 8-10. I received a text notifying me the technician was on his way at 7:55 am and he arrived at our home around 8:45 am. I explained to him that the garage door opener is old and we were wondering if it would be better to replace the whole thing rather than fix this problem and Jared explained the options. We ended up going with a new garage door opener and also had torsion springs and rollers replaced. Everything was done by 10:15 am and we're very happy with the service and feel the pricing was appropriate for what was completed. Thank you so much for taking care of us so quickly and efficiently.

Oh my Goodness! Brian was absolutely amazing. Our garage door literally broke the day we were supposed to close on our house. Brian came out, replaced a very old Model, applied an incredible military discount and got everything done before closing in about an hour it was no short of a miracle!!! Everyone was extremely personable super professional and actually happy--- which these days is a blessing. Thank you precision so much you have exceeded our expectations.

I was unable to get home for the appointment because the technician was two hours early. He did call and I did not want to keep him waiting around for me until 4:30. Both Tyler (Sales Quote on Damaged Garage Door) and Eric (Installer) were both fantastic to work with. Everything promised was done and with quality workmanship. I was surprised to find out the shop they work out of is located in Middletown, OH. The new garage door installed was an identical match to the damaged garage door we asked for a replacement for.
