Though I wasn't here to meet the service gentlemen , my wife was and said they were VERY nice and we sure appreciate the repairs they performed. It was VERY aggravating that the door died and had no movement for a few days.However when I returned from work today it worked fabulously as it had for 5 to 10 years previously. I will be passing my pleasure on to others and try to earn you other peoples business.Your company is as great as it was the last time we used you. Thanks again for all you did for us!

Garage door went out on us on Sunday 7/29. Door was stuck half up half down, and we could not get our cars out. I called the Precision Door service number, explained my situation and requested service ASAP due to the situation. A service call was scheduled for Mon 7/30 in the noon-2:00 pm time slot. A service rep (Jeff) came out between 9 & 10 am and had the repair completed within an hour. Excellent service and kudos to Jeff!

My garage door broke on a Sunday. I called that evening and made an appointment for the next day. Adam got here early (called ahead of time to make sure it was okay) and was done in around 40 minutes. Very reasonable prices as well as quick service. Adam was very professional. I will definitely call again for future garage door issues.

Everything that was told to me while setting up the appointment was the truth. No surprises except how quickly our springs were replaced.
