Fast efficient and within the time line they gave to replace the garage door, when finished installer Tyler Lung explained maintenance and answered any questions I had. I chose Precision Door to install a new garage door system almost 2 years ago based on previous work done at another house I owned. This visit was prompted by an issue with closing the door. Turned out to be a simple wiring issue. The tech had it diagnosed and fixed in about 10 minutes. Great work!

What a great repair experience! My technician, Brent, was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was able to quickly repair the issue with my malfunctioning garage door sensors and improve their stability. He also took the time to explain many helpful features that I was unaware of on my garage opener system. Would definitely call again with any future garage door/opener needs.

Precision door service gave me next day service. Brian Payne was my technician, he was easy to talk to, respectful, super knowledgeable and gave me 3 different price quotes. For what seemed like a big job he was fast and completed it in less then two hours. He even helped me with my key pad which hasn't worked in 3 years and hooked me up with an opener.
