Awesome same day service! Reached out with an online inquiry at 2PM to see about servicing my broken garage door spring and shortly thereafter I had Alex the technician arrive at my home at 3:15PM. My garage door wouldn’t open and I figured it was a problem with my remote. I called Precision Garage Door Service and the representative was polite and scheduled me to be seen that day. I received a text ahead of time with the name and picture of the technician so I would recognize him, and he called to say when he would arrive. When Josh showed up he was very polite and quickly diagnosed the problem, taking the time to explain everything he saw. He walked me through all of my options for repairs including pros and cons, gave me his recommendations and then let me decide without any pressure whatsoever. After I made my choices he immediately started work, and was done quickly considering the scope of the job. I’m pleased with the result and his professionalism.

They were out within 24 hours, repaired the garage door within 2 hours (completely overhauled the door west parts and installed new sensors). 8 year parts warranty. Couldn’t ask for better service.
