Fantastic service. Called on Monday morning at 9:00 am to see about getting a quote for new garage door opener. 10:30 they had a technician at my house. Alex the installer was super professional, explained everything really well and provided me multiple options. Needless to say they installed a new opener along with a complete torsion system and my garage door is working absolutely perfect along with all the new technology available for smart garage doors! Would highly recommend!!!

He inspected the door & told me he could fix it, which he did in a very short time. when he finished we talked about replacing the door & he gave me a price, & I agreed to replace the door. While the technician was polite and courteous, the estimate to repair my garage was outrageous. The retail price on the Liftmaster website was $39.95 for the gear kit while Precision charged $419 for the same kit. Total repair charge was $550. I would advise using another repair service.

Pricing was explained up front. Now our garage is moving up and down as smooth as butter. He was also understanding that our 18-month-old was curious about the people in the garage. I was very aggravated with them. I called and asked them for a ballpark price on a 7 ft by 16 ft garage door. I asked for the least expensive door installed was and was told about $1,450. So I made an appointment for them to come and look at the door and give me the final price. They gave me a 4-Hour window which they showed up 30 minutes late for. Then the salesman went on to tell me that the door was going to be 2,800 not the 1450. When I asked him why it was so much more he told me that the people answering the phones don't really know what's going on. So I called another Door Company, they told me about $1,500 and when they came out to look at it, it was $1,500! What a crazy concept! Doing what you say! Precision door company wasted my time, they're overpriced and don't seem to know what they are doing. My suggestion is don't deal with them.
