I used precision door in Florida and they were awesome. I have a house in Ohio and was looking to upgrade my door opener and maybe get a new garage door, so I called precision. I can’t say enough about precision door. My experience is based on two different experiences in two different states, and my takeaway is that precision hires amazing people. Real people. My technician gave me options, but did use a lot oil and my floor is covered in it. There are dirty finger printson my door, so he didn't clean up afterwards. But the new spring works great

I contacted Precision because I saw your ad on a commercial. George S came out to the property I am going to rent out - The garage door opener was beeping and indicated the battery needed to be changed, the remote controls needed to be reprogrammed and the lights were not working. He was great (5)! He changed the battery, reprogrammed the remotes and He did everything He could to get the lights to work they wouldn't so I we talked about some alternate options because the opener otherwise works fine. Thank You.

Thank you for the excellent service! Making appointment was very easy and I was informed the technician’a name too. When the earlier appointment time was available, they called me so I accepted. Technician showed up even earlier than the window of times and I was happy about it. George was a nice and kind man , my dogs even stopped barking even during repair. He showed me the parts I needed and he explained well to my husband about the parts quality, how it works etc. I am very pleased with the service. Kevin came out and replaced the rollers and got the garage door and the garage opener running again. He added some safety features to my old time springs.
